Just gorgeous. Excellent food, excellent ambience, excellent service and beautifully maintained rooms.

Familiar, friendly, excellent quality, not overly expensive. Recommendation! You have to make a reservation.

We got married at the castle vertebra at the beginning of June and were completely satisfied with the whole package. The location was perfect for 65 guests, the hall solemn and the garden in the sunshine simply a dream. We felt particularly comfortable with the personal support of Fr. Daniel, who responded to each of our wishes with a serenity and friendliness that we otherwise rarely see in gastronomy.
The food was very good and the portions sufficiently large for all guests, the service in the evening was brisk and friendly and also the blocking hour extension was not a problem. And finally, we were also thrilled with our wedding apartment. For us, it was the perfect location for our wedding. Thank you to the whole team who contributed to this successful day.

We celebrated our wedding there on Pentecost and spent the whole weekend in the castle swirl. On Friday evening we had a Get Together, Saturday an external champagne reception, afternoon cake buffet and evening dinner and party. Sunday morning we still had breakfast with some guests. Both our guests and how were impressed by the quality of the food as well as the incredibly good service. Until then, no one knew our guests such hospitality, flexibility and attention and we too were satisfied and happy about the measurements. I can only encourage everyone to put the castle vertebra at everyone's heart. We always had the feeling that our wishes had been met and we were always accompanied in the planning of the festivities in a friendly and competent way — and all at very fair prices!

The hotel was great. Breakfast was filling and the coffee was plentiful! If you dont have a car getting to and from Salzburg main area isnt bad, just need to be aware of bus schedule. The only reason I dropped a star was because the internet was realllly slow (100-200Kbps avg). I'm hoping it was just weird circumstances because other than not being able to plan out day in hotel on Google maps it was a great spot.

A beautiful setting, celebrating a birthday. Food is excellent, the portions, especially from the pike perch (the piece was about 5 cm tall and the tail end! ), considering the price, unfortunately the size is not corresponding to and not traceable. This has diminished the joy of this wonderful evening.

After a long journey, it is nice to have in of friendly ladies with fresh, delicious, mushrooms spoil. An oasis of peace and a garden to relax in. Just simple and beautiful

Very friendly reception and Service/operation, beautiful rustic rooms, very good Breakfast, great food in the Restaurant. All in all, a successful stay in the castle host. If we are back in Salzburg, the castle host our first point of contact — this time hopefully with better weather, so that the wonderful garden can be admired!

It was almost everything super, especially the Breakfast was very tasty! 1 minus point but I have! It was a wedding in the house and played until 0 watch EXTREMELY loud music we dad almost couldn't sleep and my almost 2 Year old daughter! You would have the music least from 22 clock silent switch but might was well stop! It was other kids in the house!

The food was very good, the staff is friendly. Unfortunately, the House is extremely thin and a good night's sleep is almost impossible by the constant background noise noisy people and any noise to be fixed others not exactly.

The staff was very friendly and no wishes open read breakfast. We have stayed at the suit and unfortunately very poor sleep because the mattresses were unfortunately not besondera good. At all, the room was slightly used. Overall a nice house in which something should be invested something more comfort to the charm of at control.

Beautiful garden and great Ambiente… leider food gut… sehr very makes the service much to übrig… absolute favor of seemingly more important Gäste… WIR have been totally ignored and it was not in demand at all whether we little Wünschen… bei a restaurant of this price range a absolute no. Go… man should be here some of the restaurant Friesacher look down… There service is still capitalized…

Wonderful old building and still contemporary. Rooms in the antique style without excessive frills, clean with honest hospitality! Nice service, ranging from reception to the breakfast, appetizer set that and with kindness the competent Lady Gets a special touch!
This hotel is now a fixture in my Salzburg travel!
