We booked Haus Iris in Mauerbach for our trip to Vienna. The welcome was warm and we were provided with all the information; a corresponding folder is in the holiday apartment. The information contains information about excursion destinations, bus and subway lines to Vienna and what's particularly great about it is that everything is within walking distance. The location is great!
For us and our small dog there were also enough beautiful hikes and walks in the immediate vicinity.
The apartment is clean and well maintained and has its own garden. All around a place to feel good. Recommended!

Very nice landlady. Beautiful garden to relax. Hiking trails within walking distance. Everything very clean. Kitchen very well equipped. Good public transport connections to Vienna. Fenced garden for dogs. We'd love to come back.

Fantastic holiday apartment near Vienna. Very clean, cozy and equipped with everything you need. The beds are a dream. Less back pain than at home. A paradise for the dogs with its own garden and beautiful forest paths for walks nearby. The landlady is very nice and helpful. A detailed folder with all information about the area is available. The Italian restaurant about 5 minutes walk away is highly recommended. Direct bus connection also in about 5 minutes on foot. You can reach Vienna in less than 20 minutes by car. We really enjoyed this short break and will definitely book here again if we travel to Vienna again. The dogs also liked it, they were completely relaxed from the first day. Water bowls available, dirty towels and waste bags in the entrance area. However, there are a few steps from the entrance to the actual living area, which you should know if you are traveling with old or very rambunctious dogs. It wasn't a problem for both of us. Parking in the associated carport. An absolute recommendation from us for visitors to Vienna with a dog.
