The best thermal spa in Europe! you can only recommend them. Pure relaxation, varied breakfast especially gluten-free pastries. The water is always perfectly tempered, pleasantly warm, salty, the other pools with perfecked sparkling water and waterfall. Guests are pleasant and respectful. The staff is super friendly. The afternoon coffee with cake is also great! Just one review, more choice of gluten-free cake, for almost 5 years the same fruit cake 😭. Chocolate and almond would be a good change.
Otherwise I am always completely satisfied. Everything is clean, does not smell like chlorine, saunas are clean, perfect.

Candela Light Dinner is great. The staff is always friendly.

Basically, I find the spa very beautiful. We had a relaxing day. Also the food was very good and also quickly ready.
Negatively I have to note the 45 min waiting time at the entrance. In the rain and crammed together with umpteen other people, as only one cash register was open. That really shouldn't be the case.

It was really a great day again for a long time.
We were the 1st X there and booked the offer in the silent spa with double lounger.
But when we were there we were pleasantly surprised. The friendly staff… the service, the offer like breakfast and afternoon cake, were absolutely 1st class and the ambiance (with the candles) and the pools AMAZING.
ABSOLUTELY recommend, we will be back. Thank you for the best 1st anniversary.

I was in the spa yesterday. I can't say anything else, but then we had lunch and I ordered a salad (see photo) that cost just under 10€, there was hardly any salad on it, the dressing tasted like in a pizzeria when you get a salad (horrible) and the preparation looked very unhygienic (cook grabbed the chicken strips and then he grabbed his face again or put his mask down when he went). And so it didn't taste at all… 1) 10€ for such a salad are a naughty thing and 2) if the cook doesn't like it, he should stay at home.

Was yesterday in the Spa, a barbecue Buffet was very good, the kitchen Tim is always very friendly & offers mostly high-quality lunch, with a very good price — performance ratio! To recommend very much!

Were only in the spa,, but that was enough for me while eating the staff was very unfriendly. So in a snack stall you will be treated more kindly.
The taste of the cakes is a pure naughtiness. You can see the mass clearance. If that's done by yourself, the chef does not make it with love. Every petrol station shop has a better one and costs less.
Everything together you can say you can eat and cake you can forget.

New Year's Eve 2016 we were able to enjoy the great ambience and program of the Thermal Spa Laa and let it be pampered from head to toe and simply forget about everyday life. The facility is very nice and modernly designed, with great attention to detail. Everything is very high-quality, especially the Silent Spa leaves nothing to be desired. Staff very accommodating and friendly. The multi-course dinner menu was simply very tasty and left no wish open. The coronation was the final fireworks display with a length of more than 20 minutes. A real pleasure to spend there New Year's Eve.
Are happy to be guests in your house again!

We have been to Laa for the first time and will certainly book again.
The hotel has an extremely pleasant atmosphere. The staff is very polite and helpful.
The offer at the breakfast buffet is very plentiful — for every taste a huge selection.
Dinner is always an experience in itself. There are also always suitable meals for the children.
Overall, simply incomparable.

We had an amazing time here. If you expect a lot of different saunas and pools, this place isn’t for you. But for quiet relaxing, I don’t know any better place to be.

Used the silent spa area only not the hotel rooms. Loved the quiet atmosphere and the environment setting. A lovely small nice place with limitiere people. Suggest Reservation. Restaurant also small but lovely. Offers over the day free snacks. Pool drinks are possible. A day to relax and enjoy silence. Used the silence room for meditation. You get slippers there, towels and everything you need so no need to bring anything besides your swimming suit.

Great place to relax all day. The only thing is the cake snacks and fruits aren't that great to choose from. Staff is fantastic and so are the different and plentiful treatments that are included. Will be back!

Costs a little more but every single euro worth! Sooo nice and courteous staff have never had — very clean, quiet and just perfect for a short break!

I'm happy. The bathroom needs a little improvement. Sauna area is nice and relatively large size also the quiet zone above is very pleasant. Restaurant is quite ok. Annoyed, annoying and an insolence are the motorists who have no permission to park on handicapped parking places. Unfortunately, there is no supervision in this regard. I hope it will be better soon.

Is actually a very nice spa but unfortunately because of all the children who are on the massage couch and in the salt basin you can not relax. I personally like salt water but when one of the kids squirts all the time in the eye or in the mouth this is not really relaxing. But once you've found a corner where no kids were, it was pretty relaxed. The food was also very good.

The only thermal baths within a radius of 50 km can be reached by car in one hour. The lady at the checkout is friendly and helpful. There are few visitors. In the relaxation room there are many beds. In the indoor Pool A young Czech girl turns with the guests. Otherwise enough Wasserduesen are available. In a round basin is a strong current. An outdoor pool is also in operation. The sauna department is to be entered with Euro 8, 50 payment (not used by us). There are several menus to choose from in the attached restaurant. You don't need cash. It is booked on the locker number and can be paid at the checkout when leaving the spa. The food is delicious!

Honestly, the ambience is a mediocre spa. Been here over 10 years ago and there hasn't changed much. There's not even a centrifuge for wet bathing clothes. 2 pools are not the world and in a pool A few measly massage nozzles which turn on and off after a fixed schedule. The Therme bad Waltersdorf is a lot better. From the food I have to praise the Therme LAA, was really first class and freshly prepared. The portions relatively large and the price fair.

A day in the Silent Spa is the way I imagine a day in heaven! Absolutely top service, all friendly, small but really fine area and the best massage I had so far — for a day of perfect relaxation I find the prices absolutely justified. I will definitely come back!

The spa and sauna are clean and functionally designed. Everything is well manageable. A nice children's pool in their own area.

Criticism only applies to the Silent spa: great ambiance, excellent food. A professional-run infusion almost every hour. Not cheap, but sometimes you can treat yourself to something.

The place is very quiet. Here you can really relax. I can only recommend it to anyone. I just want to criticize the afternoon coffee. This one has to pay extra. The breakfast buffet is good. Again at any time.

Beautiful spa and hotel. We stayed 2 whole days there with one night stay and felt really comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful, everything was clean and also food and drinks were great and not too expensive.
The only negative is that unfortunately we had a few problems with the reception which we never made. However, these could be cancelled directly by the receptionist.
So all in all we had a great early weekend in the Silent Spa, the usual spa and in the hotel.

A very beautiful, but unfortunately a relatively expensive place that has increased, especially as apparently only since the rebuild tremendously in the price — for admission you have to pay for many things then extra (sauna world, back red cabin). The massages are, unfortunately, also become very expensive. BUT — if you want to afford, then it is a place where you at the same time a social being with many people as well as quiet spots for chilling out and dozing in place. The interesting water combination with some even hidden pool, it is worth to be discovered. I was already there several times and have now found some pools, which had escaped me before. The buffet is appealing, not just lush, unfortunately, but sometimes spatially too small. Super chill makes it in the Bar in the sauna area, there are also some tasty (although I don't like the word as an Austrian) Cocktails. For children it is very suitable — I only as a critique needs to say that the parents should be more careful on their children. Some of the little Rascals discover the rest rooms as particularly interesting, because it is super echo. Since the parents or the Overseer would have to focus more attention on it. With security forces (my swimming chaperones) in the case of the pool all have been missing. The Drowning of alone around children playing is not a permanent danger, if not other swimmers look at it — but what is their duty.

I visited the Silent Spa for a day, for the second time this year. It is not cheap, but the atmosphere is great. I managed to still take advantage of the Summer offer, which includes a breakfast and lunch buffet. That is actually very neat, since the food in the onsite restaurant is pricey too. I would say in winter it definitely pays to bring a sandwich. If there was a way to rate 4.5 stars I'd do that for the pricetag, but everything else is just too good not to indulge, once in a while. The Silent Spa really is quiet inside, with people only whispering. Exceptions are mostly the restaurant and the outdoor saltwater pool. Tips to make the stay even more enjoyable: A) It works like a hotel. Don't bother carrying cash around. Everything will be charged to your "bed" number, and you will only pay when you check out. (Store your valuables in the safe next to your bed. ) B) Bring a beach towel or blanket to snuggle under. The resting area is cooler than the thermal water areas, especially when your bathing suit is still damp, and I prefer to lie on the provided towel instead of directly on the faux leather of the bed. (Smaller towels for drying off are available at literally every corner throughout the pool areas. ) C) To save some money, you can bring snacks or hop over to the "public" thermal pool's restaurant. D) It might not be immediately obvious on the website: reserve your bed (s) in the spot you like, without advance payment.

This place really sucks. If you enjoy presence of retired people mixed with yelling kids this is place for you. Otherwise go buy kebab or something. You will be relaxed more…

Expected bit more. Quality of food was not as good, asia wok did not taste so fresh. One big disadvantage, if you want to relax with your child in the relax space on the 2nd floor, you won´t get silence. There was really loud announcement made from the service loud speakers, and my little boy almost woke up. Second time it happened after next 10 minutes, he woke up and could not sleep. I don´t get why you have loud speakers over the top floor and so loud, if you are trying to get the message to people in the pools. Just reposition it and don´t disturb people who want to relax on the 2nd floor.

Great place for relaxing and to spend time with children. Both in summer and winter.

Very good hotel with polite and helpful personnel. Great variety of food for breakfast and dinner. Excellent food quality, good Austrian wines. They even have degustation room there. Personnel could speak German, Czech, English and Russian. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Silent SPA is an amazing place! For the money you pay you get wonderful service, tasty breakfast and lunch, wonderful and pleasant time in SPA! It worth to go there! I just came back but I already have plans to spend there my birthday! I've spent a very relaxed day. It was really quite there — silence and water flowing. Minuses: there were only 1 body lotion small bottle and shower cap in the room, but there were 2 of us. In description of Silent SPA you can see they will give you bathing shoes as a present, but in fact, we didn't get them untill I came and ask for them.

Very low level of service to customer, better to be austrian or german speaker as staff has very low knowledge and willingness to speak english, the infrastructures are very nice but not completed, maybe will be good when completely finished anyway customer service will have to be reviewed.

Beautiful Therme, unfortunately, to switch off from the daily stress, not so well suited. The rest area is for small children's area with crying babies and playing children. It should perhaps be from staff taken care of. Otherwise, nice Spa.

We were this year for the second Time in this Spa and were always completely enthusiastic, all lace and also really competent and friendly staff, we can recommend this Spa just be honest. We were for the first Time in the Spa… and compare with the Solefelsenbad Gmünd, no Spa. The clocks with the Chip. Wardrobe very old. Description of where one goes where. Very bad. The sauna area we found only after a long long time. Very small sauna area in comparison to Gmünd. Only a person in charge of doing is always there and has brought everything other than a good mood, or Motivation. In Gmünd, a different Person is at each infusion. Always Give everything and Work with a lot of Motivation. You could not see here. Very small saunas (compared to Gmünd can fit in the Sauna huts around 120 people). Generally speaking, Spa was ok. The sauna area was ok, and very much in need of improvement. The whole Team had little Motivation… Even the lifeguard was, etc. Spoken of as in the Sauna, the person in charge of doing would have to get a medal. A response from the person in charge of doing 'that is not inside the Budget and the guest on it 'this is ned's true. In this Proud prices' … Maybe also to think.

Very nice, clean hotel with own spa and sauna, which we enjoyed. The therme itself was very crowded and far from relaxing. Breakfast was excellent while the evening dinner was okay, but not as good as we expected. Recommended for a day or two of relaxing at pretty high prices.

This is an excellent place for relaxing. Warm salty pool in the middle is so soothing.
