Pure water, quiet, good food, no bad smells, nice lobby :)

Except Jun, rooms are non-AC This is more of a youth hostel rather than star hotels. Old structure. Room service are pathetic. Breakfast also not good at all… … Rooms are very cramp, clastrofobic & suffocating and last but not the least, if guests complaint, hotel threaten to call police!

Should provide kettle and drinking water in the room.

A hotel a little far from the center, it takes 35 minutes by tramway. The rooms are very clean and spacious, in mine I found amche the toilet divided from the rest of the bathroom, for those who go as a couple is a great advantage. Breakfast is very varied, ranging from salty to sweet, a negative note is that the coffee sat out. The staff are competent and very friendly.

The place had great vibe as it had look of little pretty houses in Greece on the inside. Rooms had great facilities. Good Wi-Fi connection. Breakfast was delicious. Overall I loved it.

Very nice hotel for big events and meetings. Good, big and spacious rooms is modern equipment. Bathroom was clean and tidy. Really big and nice bar with a lot of drinks and a lot of screens. Great breakfast with a lot of choices.

Improved a lot since my last visit in 2015. This hotel is very suitable for groups like orchestra. My orchestra consists 90 members and teachers add up to 140+ people. Both of my visits are for orchestra competition. They have a big room for breakfast and a lot of conference rooms for practice or conference. The breakfast and dinner have improved significantly from three years ago as we finally have hot chocolate, bread, cakes, sausages, cereal, milk, juice and more. The dinner have improved too as we remember the only thing there last time was a very hard and burnt meat (steak? ) And some potatoes, not for me. Now, there are a wide variety of choices and suits both western people and Chinese people. The air conditioning has been imprproved too because the AC will be turned of after 6pm three years ago. Now, it runs all day long at your control. Hope it will continue to improve in the coming years! And one more thing, the hotel is quite big and you can really get lost. Make sure you have a map of it and know which wing are you staying in. It can take as long as 10 minutes to get across the hotel (From room to breakfast). Leave earlier and make sure you have enough time.

Standard hotel but a little bit old. Quick access from highway. Food on good level. Coffee is not good.

Good hotel with large rooms, if you're staying on the executive floor, be sure to visit the lounge for a drink and some fresh fruit as well. However, Wi-Fi in this place is utterly garbage, they blame the amount of people, but for such a large event location this reason is BS. I've been in busier locations and manages to get a faster connection then here… Here you even struggle getting a connection! Invest in some decent IT infrastructure (especially with the amount of tourists and business guests you receive) and I'll up this review to a 5.

Not a very good experience. The only iron on the 6th floor in the other wing is the iron surface is dirty. If you are in another wing, you need to go down, pass through the entire welcome-zone, bar and climb to the 6th floor of another wing. At the entrance to the room on the floor there was a chocolates, which is decorated with a bed (chocolates on the bed look KOASVO). There was no hair shampoo in the bathroom at all. No one poured into the vial. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Hotel of enormous size, Pyramide certainly offers a number of rooms not indifferent, parking, ample and very suggestive dining area, overlooking the large tree-lined living room where fairs and exhibitions are organized. The lobby is wide but not overly welcoming and there is a bar. There is a gym and a pool and a sauna which are not always open though. The hotel offers such a large number of rooms that it seems a continuity, they house hundreds of people from each country and the effect is quite confusing. The quadruple room where I found it was very large, and this is an advantage, but the pillow was uncomfortable as well as the blanket which was exactly the size of a bed and was therefore inevitably short. The bathroom is wide and I would say the highlight of the room. Bogus coat hanger, the room is not very equipped in various details (empty bar fridge, no shower slippers and similar details, the sockets are not studied in a very clever way). The dining area is among the most beautiful I have ever seen, raised as you see in photos in a loft compared to the floor of the fair, the trees give a pleasant effect and the natural light comes from the far roof of the "Pyramide" lecture hall in the shape of a pyramid. The food at least in breakfast ranges from sweet or salty even if it is not very palatable in the eyes of an Italian, especially coffee and brioches. But let's not forget that it is very varied breakfast and therefore succeeds more or less to meet the needs.

Last week we stayed in this hotel for three nights and our experience of staying there was not pleasant. Staff were rude and their attitude towards the customer was not polite. We reached there at 9:30am after traveling the whole way from dubai. The children were very tired after the whole night flight journey. Eventhough we requested even a single room (booking was for two rooms) for taking rest, it was denied in a rude manner by the hotel staff & they informed that check in is possible only after 3pm. But after we check in the room, it was understood that whole floor was unoccupied for two days. We were forced to spend our time in the nearby shopping mall for long hours after traveling for 12 hours. Moreover hotel is in the outskirts of town and 40 minutes travelling in the tram is required to reach the town centre. Only advantage the hotel is having the big shopping centre nearby. Even drinking water or kettle or tea bags were not kept in the room. The whole experience of staying in this hotel was not satisfactory.

Clean hotel, parking despite in front of hotel but still would want to charge 10 Euro per day. Free parking available within a five minute walk reach however. Decently priced.

Rooms very good but the rest a disaster, quite distant from the centre and the breakfast and meals of WORTH, we are a disaster, neither variety nor quality.

Nice hotel. The only thing that tarnished my impression was the shower curtain on the bathtub. The breakfast offers everything you could want.

Hotel with very nice green area. Practice the rooms I can not say anything as to an event here. Very good connection to traffic arteries.

Quality Hotel and cost in the norm. Only sin the restaurant served at the tables of the bar and room reserved only to groups.

Gigantic hotel always full of people so sometimes it can be noisy and chaotic, but it offers comfortable rooms and a great breakfast buffet.

We got our bag and passport stolen at the lobby, right in front of the reception desk. The reception staff was very rude, she didn’t not trying to help in any way. The room was nothing like the picture, carpet were old and dirty. I regret staying here.

It was a very nice stay. I especially want to highlight the breakfast. Freshly prepared Omlettes and doing a little conversation with the chef, lace. We were very happy to use the spacious steam bath. The staff was friendly and always ready for a good conversation.

The male waiters in Hemingway's restaurant are very friendly and helpful. Very good breakfast.

Was quite good, great for conferencing. Great large wide spaces. What lacked: no shower curtain got the floor a bit wet, no ventilation in the bathroom, and the ironing room is below acceptable.

Good standard hotel with nice size room though the furnishings are a bit dated and out of maintenance (1 side of my double bed was broken). The prrsonal and service was generally friendly and pleasant. The wellness area was nice with a pool, table tennis and sqaush court. This hotel would have got 4 stars if it had not been for the absolutely terrible Wi-Fi connection. The signal was so weak I could not connect to it neither with my phone or tablet. In this day and ages, this is not acceptable anymore. It means as a business customer I cannot work from my room in the evening, absolutely not ok.

Very comfortable 4 star Hotel inside there is a very nice indoor pool and well equipped gym. The service is great and the staff and friendly. The food is pretty good.

Except for the old rooms, almost everything is good! The parking lot is not very advantageous. If you want a parking place next to the hotel, it costs €15 per night. Food is top.

Staff very friendly and professional speaking several languages — hotel with all possible facilities (swimming pool-hammam-sauna-Jacuzzi-fitness — bar restaurant). Very spacious rooms and very well maintained despite a decor to refresh. Choose the rooms on the first floor. They're beautiful!

I was with my company for a seminar there. It was all right. For my liking a little too many mirrors and too many different styles. But that's just a matter of taste.
The staff was remarkably unobtrusive and very friendly.

Nice big room but instead of a bathtub a shower would be a lot better. Friendly staff, but it could be cleaned a bit more thoroughly.
It is a pity that the large wave pool and the "Jungle" under the pyramid no longer exist. Was special!

So for business people This is a great hotel. Conferences, meetings, business total. I'm not one, but I can see very well. And what I see there cries out for big CA $ h.

Large hotel with clean nicely decorated rooms. Good size and comfortable bed. Service was professional but I wouldn't say welcoming nor friendly. The small outside pool was having repairs done to it while I was there. Inside pool is just a big jacuzzi, but comfortable. Nude mixed sauna which was clean, and the gym was nice apart from you have to walk through it to get to the pool and sauna area. Not an intimate workout. I ate out so I can't say much about the restaurant apart from the bar area is expensive, poor sandwiches and busy. Lots of parking but it's too far away from the hotel, which leaves the car in an insecure place. There is a large shopping centre near, apparently the biggest in Europe, which makes shopping easy and definitely a worthwhile visit. It's huge. The hotel is cheapish, good for conferences, clean and comfortable but I wouldn't stay again. The whole hotel needs more attention, it works and that's how it's left. Hense 3 stars.

The people at the front desk were incredibly helpful and those who cleaned our room did a fantastic job. However there was no Wi-Fi in the rooms which seems silly and when we were sitting at the tables near the bar it was very difficult to get a server's attention and we almost always had to wave and yell. The breakfast buffet was quite pleasant and the omelette station was excellent. We had many people who needed a taxi ride in the morning and many taxis were waiting but we got ripped off the first morning and were charged 20 Euro for a 6 minute ride.

Very dirty hotel Papers thrown at the bathroom, broken glasses on the floor. Also the reception asked from the children of our group 30 euros more as guarantee during our school journey. The receptionist said that they would get back the money at the morning if they were quiet at night! Avoid this hotel.

Good hotel for meetings and professional event. Good services and public places. The rooms are big but not very well-appointed. It's a 70-80's ugly style.

The rooms and their bathrooms are good with furniture something old, but decent. The common areas are very good. Breakfast and dinner very good. It has a great gym and a fantastic swimming pool and sauna. It is well connected to the centre by means of an urban train, but very far away. It has a mall nearby. Generally worth staying there.

Hotel is huge and a bit dated but kept clean. Love the spacious bathroom with a big countertop and sink. Very strong water pressure for shower. The bedroom has a patio that can open to the garden. Breakfast buffet was adequate. They have congee and fried rice. Dining area which is in the pyramid is very comfortable.

Terrible experience in here. Rooms arent good. The rooms are very weirdly numbered. The hotel is a complete maze. The computer in the lobby that is made available in the lobby cannot detect any USB DRIVES. Rooms are rubbish in quality. The soap are not refilled. Wifi doesnt even reach the rooms. So the entire hotel customers are sitting in the lobby to operate their laptops and phones.

The bar is home to many flies, who cover your bar food. I see that they were mentioned by Anirhud Mital two months ago. The restaurant is block booked this evening by the Kuwait youth football squad, who are rude and arrogant brats, and that's being kind. They abused the bar staff and left litter on their tables. Seems to be miles from anywhere. Not a good honeymoon hotel, which our stupid travel company, Viva Holidays, booked for us as part of a three city centre (! ) package. It is fifteen kilometres from Vienna city centre.

There are so many people here with a great staff. The hotel is clean and they've got plenty of conference rooms that can be used. It's a great place for professional meetings or organizations. Fantastic hotel.

In either the hotel is nice and clean, the service of quality, but it is very eccentric from Vienna, count almost 1 hour to go.

The hotel has come in the year. Institution and State accordingly. Buffet was ok, staff sees the guest but rather as enemies. Well.

The hotel is all in all okay not to recommend because the rooms some are very old fashioned for young people. For smokers, this hotel is not suitable, because there is only a small space, where it is allowed to smoke. The spa area is exactly the pictures on the Internet and is very nice and big. For people who book an executive room, an extra lounge is located on the floor, where you can access drinks for free at any time. The night part, however, is that these rooms are on the 6th floor and there is only a significant lift that works. For a short stay, this hotel certainly is recommended because it is possible to stay only one night and the connections with the tram ride to the Centre of Vienna are very good!

Hotel, guest house, team. Room, old-fashioned, retro decor, the colors, the deep depression. The room is big enough, the beds were standard. Free Wi-Fi, hair dryer, etc. Service also good, the hotel bar at night. The area and nearby is a variety of Furniture, Home, food, children's toys, etc. For sale. A suburban line direct to the city.

At one event, the buffet is not bad, but the SERVICE staff is the most stupid and UNWILLIGSTE gang. 24 min waiting for a pitcher of water. The food is at an early stage drawn from this gang. I hope you take it and not throw it away. On the question after the supervisor, you will be looked at only stupid and gets no response.

The bathing area is completely obsolete, the tiles loose in some place!
Wirlpoolwasser too cold.
The rooms are decorated a brashness, if one can say so.
1 age television, air conditioning had no function.
The problem with the beds is just 2 have been pushed together.
The only positive of the stay was the breakfast.

Very bad. After a company party was me and some of my colleagues pretty sick (stomach — intestinal complaints). The location itself was quite nice in the Dim light.

The hotel is run very easily in the years. The rooms are ok, but old. The food was rather unimaginative. The service that is superficial. A certain warmth has missed.

Completely soulless, hospitality and kindness = 0, breakfast table as a factory sin 'a beautiful structure, but is driven by dogs.

This Hotel, unfortunately we didn't manage to get the first impression. You arrive and you think, woow, great Location, impressive with the pyramid, Parking right around the corner, close to Vienna (it takes around 20-25 min to you directly in Vienna, in the 1. Bez is) Then it was unfortunately already at the check-in lot: very impersonal, the cards were laid down, but still just a beautiful day desired. No further Details on the Hotel, not a word was mentioned in the pyramid, which is adjacent to the Hotel borders, a Party was taking place (including Lützenkirchen, Yolanda Be Cool, etc. ). The bass would be up in the Morning. Then on the rooms: On the first look "nice" on the 2. View: — Minimal Laminate — Dingy — Cheapest Furniture — strange hair in bed — Replace Cracked Sink — no Ersatzklopapier role — Mildew in the shower (The lip was Black from mold) Water is not richrtig disbursed — Handheld shower, and rainfall shower totally calcified — Furniture total old So much for the room… well, we were only for Sleeping since. As we in the city wanted came the next Problem. Free of charge through an open barrier on the car Park gone, than we again wanted to Drive, was the barrier at the bottom, and you had to have an intercom with the guard 5 min to discuss, anyway, he the barrier has opened. To Frühstücksbufett: Large but without love A shame really, the buffet has, in my opinion the opportunity to properly to be good, when it is Lovingly prepared.
