Fantastic hotel would recommend this place very nicepeople the staff are.

The room fittings are fine as it’s modern however the cleanliness is compromised! The pillow cases and quilt covers had hairs from earlier guests! Even eye lashes were seen! I had to place the quilt on the floor and sleep without blanket and had to place a towel over the dirty pillow case. The bathroom also ran out of shower gel. Those with stiff neck better don’t book this hotel. Their pillows were so flat your neck would stiffen overnight. Last but not least, the Wi-Fi was very weak.

Hotel nicely situated for shopping spree, rural sightseeing and relaxing. Staff was generally super pleasant and comforting with good service. Snacks available in the restaurant on the highest floor.

Expensive, but does not live up to the price. Clean though, no nice view in the lower floors. European funds supported.

This is a nice modern hotel near the Parndorf outlet shops. Rooms are comfortable and modern although rather expensive when children included in the booking. Breakfast was varied and fresh. Renovations appear to be happening at the hotel carpark which meant limited parking for guests during the time I was there in July 2018. Other guests mentioned noisy outside at 5am due to builders trucks when window was open.

Very good hotel just across the street from Parndorf outlet. It's the only one hotel so close to the shops. Fitness and spa are here as well, but we have no time to use it. Big clean rooms with bath and shower. Free parking on site. Good breakfast. Restaurant works till 22:00. Minibar is included in the price. If you are going for shopping to outlet the hotel is strongly recommended.

Among very few choices at location, best for shopping at Pandorf. Clean tidy rooms and lovely view from upper floors especially 14th floor lounge. Staff are great as well.

Good clean hotel, just outside the outlet, Tower room was clean & modern, big in space, Breakfast was very good, free parking outside the hotel.

It should be a 3 star hotel because of the duck taped ceiling, clogged sink in bathroom, very bad Wifi (not having internet at all on 11th floor), no robes or slippers etc. And for this price it is should be better stay. Also I was dissapointed they didn’t tell us we have 10% discount in outlet stores as a hotel guests! We found out at the end of our stay.

The hotel is certainly of impact seen from outside, it is called precisely tower because it is very high. It is located adjacent to the largest outlet village in Europe. The staff at the front desk is professional and helpful. The rooms are clean and equipped with all the amenities, the Wi-Fi works very well and is included in the room rate. Unfortunately for dinner there is not much choice as a menu, you eat in what visually looks more like a bar, however the quality is good and the waiter professional and helpful. Good value for money.

A house that is both easily accessible by highway and offers views of the green. The Tower Lounge with round view is just breathtaking!

Modern u endeavors friendly staff, well equipped u large rooms, great beds. Small Fitness room U sauna. Dinner in the restaurant or bar could be more or more affordable.

A great hotel that offers a beautiful view. Facilities, service, breakfast and dinner were good, couldn't quite meet our high expectations. For the price, one hopes more than is offered.

Interesting seminar hotel at the outlet Center.

Staying different times in this hotel that is worth the four stars allotted to him. Spacious and well-cleaned rooms, some employees at the lounge speak an understandable Italian and therefore can be of further help to those unfamiliar with German or English. Breakfast very rich and varied, also tried the restaurant inside and it is good.

Nice noms, but a curious way of understanding the meaning of service!

Billed as a 4 star hotel the rooms were clean but ibis like. Some of the hotel was inaccessible to normal guests. And there was a women's floor. A spa area was available but I didn't use it. The bar and restaurant were as expected. Basic but modern. The food was mediocre but a good glass of wine and a friendly team helped. The hotel suits the business traveller but not the holiday maker. Very convenient for the Parndorf outlet malls.

Parndorf premium outlets is just across the street from this hotel! They have complementary high speed Wi-Fi, two restaurants and a bar lounge with a separate smoking area. The room are modest but comfortable and with climate control. Breakfast buffet is continental European with some Austrian food as well.

This is by far the most overrated hotel in Europa. It destroys the landscape and it's at most 3 stars. The simple fact that it's a tower doesn't mean it 's worth 4 stars. Breakfast is good, but for a 4 class hotel average. Rooms are rather poor. I would give it 3 stars and a fair price would be half of what they;re asking now.

Wasn't there for long but I got a decent night's sleep and the shower was good. That was all I needed so I was happy.

Zimmer sind okay. Großes outlet gegenüber. Wenig Freizeit Gestaltungen. Sauberkeit mittelmäßig. Reinigung trotz zeitlicher Abmachung nicht eingehalten.

Well maintained, raised, directly at the Outlet located. Very friendly staff with well equipped rooms! Highly recommended is the end of the day, in the Skylounge after dinner!

Not worth 4 stars … Has no carpeting, mattresses uncomfortable, you enter the light windowpane at first time curtains are very thin walls, dirty, sun, zgâriați, etc. To the bathroom sink clogged, leaking from the shower barely cope when brushing, showers without pressure, very Dowdy. The hotel itself is OK and the hotel's staff is very friendly.
What did not like me, is the room service.
The room was compared with the living room of the cleaning staff, which where held his smoking breaks, which is very uncomfortable for a non-smoker.
The pillows were not involved, we had to complain that in the evening and on the day of departure (10:00 check out) the cleaning staff stood at 08:00 in your room! Something doesn't.

Was often on the buffet lunch, which is usually very good, but unfortunately offers little variety after some visits. The dessert is consistently more or less always the same.

For a 4 star hotel, it is absolutely not enough.
The facts in short:
-In the room floor was an open bolt (danger of injury) instead of the DoorStop
-The bedding was torn
-The bathroom dirty and mildewed the floor strips
-In bed, hair were scattered everywhere
And when we informed the reception about the State this was quite surprised and has finished the theme with the words "there he must talk a Word with the maid".

The view is however top.

Nochlezhka for the big money. Breakfast. Not included. The corridor is dirty, the room outside is not a pleasant smell. The moldings fall off. The restaurant curtains were dirty.

Accessibility is perfect, the staff is very friendly and the prices are fair. We have booked a last minute offer to 119€ / double room per night incl. Breakfast buffet and also the mini bar is included.
Very fair for a nearly new designer hotel.

We had bought a hotel voucher — 3 nights b & b for 2 persons to EUR 99 on eBay 2 1/2 years ago. The telephone booking for
Easter 2013 ran without any problems, the reception in the hotel was friendly. Highlight was the buffet breakfast with various breads and pastries, as well as a petrol station next to the hotel to the shopping until 22.00. Adversely — Wi-Fi in the lobby — only on the Internet with cable — only we had room fortunately doing a notebook with a LAN Jack. In the light of the voucher a good price/performance ratio.

This Hotel is perfect for a shopping tour in Parndorf, because the Hotel is directly opposite the center. The decor in the Hotel and in the rooms is nice and everything in the Minibar is free, but there are a few points that tarnish the stay. First, you get on arrival from the receptionist, no info about the Hotel, Meal times and other important data. There are in the room, no information pack, you have to ask for everything. In the room a DVD Player is attached, but you can't rent DVD's. Wi-Fi there is not, and at a Seminar in the Hotel the dining room is crowded and gets you no place. Also the Tower Lounge in the 14. Floor is closed for events. However, the food is not so bad for a night's rest after the Shopping, I would not recommend this Hotel for longer stays but!
