➜ I've identified 3 weeks ago on a Saturday for a meeting. Before I made my stairs a few photos I had bemasst, I sent in advance by Mail. On time I appeared in the branch Kittsee, and was taken by Josef Steiner seller & consultant Mr Michal M. In reception. Due to the previously sent documents to the meeting only lasted 30 minutes — the Offer was for Monday! Sensational — friendly delivery and very well prepared, the date was Offered me by means of e-Mail! Two questions I still had, then it came to ordering! Delivery was within 9 days, was fine for me! In the evening the preserved parts of I had to find that at Position 3 there should be, but 2 of them right and one was wrong. The Rest of the delivery was in order! Short e-Mail to my seller, prompt delivery (within 48 hours! ) of the correct item and a return box with a shipping label for the incorrect item that was free for me! Unfortunately, you have to give a star to write a review! But Steiner didn't even deserve this star when it comes to meeting delivery dates. Dear Steiner team, do you actually think something about it when you name a delivery date at 2 weeks, and 2 months later the merchandise is not there and 2 months later the goods are not there and on the phone you always get told that it still takes … I have craftsmen on hold the really cost money! That was an apprenticeship to me and I can only recommend everyone a big bow to make this company. For me definitely: Never again company Steiner!
