I give all ⭐ a while to forgive you for it! It is perfect, the staff, cleanliness, food, facilities, everything was Perfect! My child and I have felt very comfortable. Neutal is the home of my family, and we have stayed in for the first time with the family, and would do it again! We were sad that we had to leave! It was a very nice experience!

Very friendly, good food, and a lot of sports activities, especially inexpensive! You like to come back!

We stayed for the second time with a Leisure Group (about 40 Participants; Age 3 Years to 75 years) there and have booked again for next Years. The Staff is extremely accommodating, the Facility very friendly. Prima Seminar Room. Great outdoor opportunities. Occupancy with a Group is very simple, so that the Rooms are very variable and the Staff still set up extra Beds very cooperatively within Minutes, should this be necessary.

A beautiful and cosy hotel in a quiet location. The staff is extremely friendly and courteous. There are also yurts and summer houses.

The playground is beautiful (the only shortcoming is the road, which is thankfully very little traveled nearby). The summer houses are very nice. The petting zoo is beautiful and children have a lot of fun. Good service and food!

Really nice! You can go into the forest, go for a swim and the food is delicious!

We were 3 nights in August, in a Summer house. It was a nightmare. The place for children, which they call a room, was so small dense and stuffy. They could not breathe there. The house is very small, very very Spartan in terms of equipment. Terrible for hot humid days.

Super great to be here. The kids love it. Especially the animals are an absolute Highlight! Goats, sheep, rabbits and chickens to pet. Food is also very tasty.

We arrived here after a long 22km hike and the staff were very friendly and helpful in providing food and drinks even though the kitchen was closed. The pool is also fantastic.

We spent Easter weekend here and could not have been more pleased! The food was wonderful. The staff was incredibly helpful in catering to one of our family member's gluten free diet. The room were comfortable. The walking and biking paths, indoor and outdoor playgrounds, petting zoo, and surprise visit from the fire department all made this family get-away more than we could have hoped for. We loved admiring the fields and forests from the terrace. Incredibly peaceful location!

Our last stay in August 2015 was unfortunately not to recommend, but we gave the hotel a second chance. This time I can only report positively. The service staff has been changed and is now very friendly and attentive. The rooms are suitable for families as you have a lot of space. Cleanliness in the hotel and the complex also fits! For children there is a really cool adventure playground outside. There is also a separate room with an indoor playground at the restaurant. In summary, I can now recommend the hotel again to a certain extent. We will certainly come back as our kids like it there super well.

Proven Jufa Quality. It is also very nice yurts, a beautiful experience, specially with multiple families or a larger group are there.

Top Hotel, super friendly Person, with Hofer Reisen a Top price to get in the summer sure very cool with the Playground and swimming pool for a family holiday!
