Super Team, good food everything you need.

Nice hotel. Eg's should be included in bregfast. They where expencive. Internet should't be payyed for by week by device…

The bar on the ground floor is great! Rooms are clean. There is a lift available. But the rooms on the 5 floor are at this time in need of renovation especially the bathrooms. The offer with half-board is advertised with "free" home drinks e. G. Zillertal beer or wine between 18:30 to 8 pm, but if you use the offer well you will be asked by the hotelier to brake. In addition, the time is incorrect after serving the dessert you will be ignored whether it is only 19:30 or 8pm. To the dishes: there are always 2 variants to choose from so that also vegetarian dishes are served. The food is "beautiful", is full of power (otherwise you get also after blow) and very down to earth not to say anything special.
Conclusion: Due to the shortcomings in the service except the bar we will not stop there.

We felt very comfortable here.
There is everything you could expect from a three-star hotel, EHR even more.
The hotel and our room were always pikobello clean (thanks for that to the diligent cleaning staff).
Breakfast is very manageable but very good quality. Also the dinner under the half board left no wishes open. I cannot understand the criticism of some of them during small portions. Rather serve adequate portions instead of throwing away a lot and on polite demand is always a repercussion.
Especially nice is the Innhaber and the bartender to mention; Simply top.
We can only say… keep it up and we certainly haven't been here the last time.

The hotel is located in the centre of Zell am Ziller. The hotel is modern in style and the rooms clean. The boss of the House and all the staff are always friendly and very anxious for the guests. The food is good for a 3 star hotel and adequate. If necessary, you always get a restrike. We did not regret the booking for this hotel.

A small hotel in the centre of Zell. The staff is very accommodating and friendly. The rooms are renovated and clean. We would love to come back.

We were initially a little skeptical due to the many negative reviews here, but we were very positively surprised. We were given a pleasant room with a new bathroom in spite of booking via disco. The staff was always friendly and quick and the boss very anxious about his guests. We enjoyed sitting in the newly designed bar area and sipping a delicious cocktail in the evening. We couldn't complain about the food. Sure, you can't expect a star quality at the price, but we had a good taste of it and we were more than satisfied.
There was a free parking and the hotel has a really nice, very central location.
We would love to come back!

Very nice and Central Hotel with a very good bar and very modern. Courteous bartender, and receptionist. The half Board was unfortunately not convincing, especially the dinner selection was not very inspiring. The rooms are quite okay but up-to-date.

Was a great Services coming back for sure.

Excellent atmosphere hotel in great skiing area Zell am Ziller in Zillertal Arena. Skibus stop just opposite the hotel.
