Staff very friendly, therefore 3 stars. Prices overpriced, food rather boring. ROOM not clean. I would sack the cleaner. After 3 days, the floor in the bathroom was not cleaned. Thick stains on the carpet. And the room door had easily entered. So 3 stars just because of the service.

This is a truly bad hotel, unless you love smoking. The smoking bar at ground level makes the whole hotell smell. The cleaning staff even smoke in the corridors. Rooms are simple, and you hear all the noise from the street and corridor. The furniture is in bad condition. Wi-Fi is terrible. The staff is undermanned and quite unfriendly. Customer service is not a priority here. The food in the restaurant is almost uneatable. Processed and made with no love. Avoid it. If you can choose another hotell — do so!

IF YOU LOVE SMOKING, YOU’LL LOVE THIS PLACE It is clear that this establishment has found a unique niche in Zillertal whereas they are entirely focused on smokers. The whole hotel, all the rooms, even the drinking glasses smell of cigarette smoke. If you’re not into smoking or the smell of old cigarettes it might be wise to chose another place to stay. Unfortunately you’ll find no comfort in the food — it is by far the worst food I have ever had. All food is processed, served with no love and affection whatsoever and I believe prisons serve better food. If by any chance you would like to complain to the staff they are hard to find (understandably so). Nobody has ever been seen in the reception. If you are lucky, or rather the opposite, to find some staff you can tell that they really hate their jobs and that the guests staying in the hotel are only a nuisance that make their days even worse. But — if you’re into smoking and really love that cold war, East Germany, 70’s feeling, this is the place for you!

Bad rooms and no what so ever service mind. The food is almost inedible. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

Not suited for groups, unfriendly staff, decent breakfast, but go eat somewhere else for your evening meal.

Condition was lustless and inattentive, although we were only two in the local. Food quality deficient and too expensive for the small portions. Never again.

Nice place in buytifull Zillertal. Sweet personale and big rooms whith City wue.

We arrived as a 10-man group in time. The hotel manager did not make any establishments to receive us, because he was not at all on the spot (as it always was when one wanted to check in or checked out or had complaints). As a result, we did not receive any information about any travel arrangements such as tourist tax, on-& departure, meals, additional offers or even just location of the rooms. Also, we paid for the room too much, because according to Ext. Rooms are available in different sizes, but some of them were allocated to us, although larger rooms were booked. The cleanliness is limited, in the bed there were whole tufts of hair, tablecloths were simply flipped before the next meal. In addition, there should have been a buffet, which was not the case on the first day. After complaining to the hotel manager, however, this error was corrected and even the unfriendly waitress was exchanged. After that we met with exaggerated friendliness. The food (if available as booked) is excellent. The location is good. However, we were charged too much tourist tax (as confirmed by the travel provider) — the hotelier did not see it that way. Prices in the restaurant are far too expensive (4 euros per beer! ) and there is no group room or similar. In which a larger group can be found without having to be operated. After all, you are even threatened if you leave constructive criticism on other platforms.
Conclusion: Human, price & service related absolutely bottom drawer!

Good bargain hotel in excellent skiing area. Quick transportation to skiing area with skibus just opposite the hotel.

Early March, our ski free time was now. On Saturday morning at 7: 00 we arrived — and were unfortunately only against 12 in the room. Even if it is initially disappointed, can be understood in hindsight but the whole thing. 200 come, leaving nearly 200 people. So unfortunately no other way. The staff, first of all the host (*) and (*) were very nice. The other effort also. ;) The Cook (*) has done a good job. Daily and delicious dishes. Also for our vegetarians, there was spare food daily. Not to mention the party cellar, where you can celebrate with his own drinks. :-) Of course there are here and there small flaws, no question, but it makes up for the value for money in any case. My conclusion: Thank you very much for this great week. I am already on the trip in the next year. By the way, I have 5kg increased; I just don't know whether it was the food or then on the beer. :).

So as I read bad reviews about the KIRCHENWIRT even before our holiday in the Zillertal, I would briefly remind that the price-performance ratio was really excellent and I can't say anything bad. We were there a week and for dinner, there was always something etc. Appetizer, main course dessert plain breakfast was not very varied, but since the selection of rolls and spread is not just great of course should you not stay in zum KIRCHENWIRT if you ain't make a relaxing family holiday it offers too many beds. For young people who go skiing and want to have fun, have not so much money (for example, student), this offer is really super. If you listened to the somewhat picky people but, you should spend yet more money.

So, the KIRCHENWIRT is as to sustain youth guest house, but for adults in no case. We were there with 170 students, since the entire 9 vintage and 20 teachers/inside. We arrived at 7: 00 and had then a hour in a basement room, which was designed only for 100 people, also it smelled in the whole cellar beer. At 8 o'clock there was dinner with problems then, was the first that was yet another class there and that was the dining room already for this class to small (60) students, there were buns on Santiago and sausage, Kackau, coffee, and other beverages. Dinner is the say cooking is trouble and it tastes better than it looks. The rooms were dirty, but room was some only, the bathroom with some brand new and others, it was 10 years old. Cleaning was not bessunders thoroughly congestion and dirt from his predecessor still was there.

Hotel KIRCHENWIRT is a wonderful location for walking groups. The accommodation is good, the food and the service very good. The host is very good tips for rewarding destinations. All prima — even when not so good weather.

My ski vacation with 150 (! ) people is now 2 days back. In view of the hotel I have mostly fond memories but a few points of criticism. Like many other visitors had to our group some time staying in the hotel's own Pub. Our number in the large group and this is of course no wonder the not yet departed vorgästen and thus also not justified excessively bashers. The food is average — prepared with much love but again also not, unfit for human consumption ". The rooms were relatively new and for a relaxed evening, done graduate "quite acceptable-a praise to this place for the many seating areas on each floor and lounges! ideal for a beautiful gruppenabend. A little criticism there is in the bathroom what not necessarily scored through cleanliness. Points, however, the hotel gathered with the location and the price performance ratio! all in all again.

We were on final voyage a week at Gasthof KIRCHENWIRT. When we arrived at still liquor corpses from the previous evening in the pub met. For breakfast there was a few cheap rolls and each a variety of the most cheapest sausage and cheese "Specialities" Loveless on a plate arranged. The only thing was edible was the coffee, just the cups were clean. The rooms were from a rickety bed that wobbled with every movement and a high bed of cane rods together brand bent Bundeswehr or jail. There was a bathtub with shower head and you could choose between scalding hot or ice cold. For dinner, there was a completely versalzene bags soup with the leftover sandwiches from breakfast and some verkochtes meat and vegetables with indefinable art sauce. The staff was friendly to something attention it got back rude responses. The chef was unkempt and completely unmotivated. Never again.

I was with a mixed group on a volunteer ski trip, from the school. When we arrived we had luggage with our go through a kind of pub, where the people drunk early in the morning. Then we had the possibility to have breakfast, it wasn't a pleasure! the rolls were hard and the edition was also unapetitlich see bluish arranged. Neither the glasses even the plates were cleaned properly, but the glasses, that was really disgusting! We had to wait about 4 hours until we could take our room. We could then take our room, my girlfriends and I were first really disgusted! We were well to 4 in a 6 room, hm. Was also great and not so ugly, but on one sheets was a huge spot, at ever-warehoused has slept! the beds were indeed comfortable but really decrepit, there was not even correct slats. Everywhere was dust or the laminate was not correctly routed. Etc.

At least 10 cm everywhere dust on it. The toilet was not. The food was below all of sau. I was wondering seriously every night whether the chef is not ashamed, to serve something guests. otherwise the service was totally unfriendly and everything was pretty versifft. I still never in a so disgusting shower a shower. in the 7 days we have spent here, was not once a maid or something and it was not even dressed in the room. in our room had 3 beds somehow broken down by 3. All in all you can recommend even if he is never very cheap somehow the KIRCHENWIRT.

When we arrived we had to wait an hour for the first time, but that was not so bad because after 12 hours drive you had to tell first! Then we were allowed to have breakfast at last! The buns were dry and the lunch was not much better. For dinner, there was always something warm, what was necessary after a long day of skiing! The dinner was actually very good, the (Hungarian) Cook was also quite nice (he has one quickly something else cooked if the food a not tasted). The rooms were better than I had imagined them, because they were newly renovated. In the rooms there was still a TV except the beds a balcony and a private bathroom with toilet, washbasin and shower or bathtub. A (somewhat expensive) grocery store, the post office and the ski bus stop were also not far away. I would recommend continue quite the KIRCHENWIRT for class trips all time.
