Absolutely loved our 4 nights at Hotel Kroeller! Hotel is amazing, everything so well thought through. Pool area and slides are fabulous and kept our kids entertained for hours. Outdoor pool lovely too and heated. Great play area outside with gokarts and a small indoor soft play. We booked for 1.5 hours with ponies — the kids get to clean and brush them, plait their hair and ride them (only 15 euro each). Food fabulous too. They even have 2 bowling lanes in the bar and a cinema for the kids. Nothing too much for the staff, so friendly and helpful. We will most definitely be back, no one wanted to leave Thank you so much Hotel Kroeller!

Everything was amazing! The rooms are huge and very clean and maintained. They thought about everything you can borrow bags, buggys umbrella. … The food is excellent and the variety is amazing and if you want something which is not there the kitchen will try and prepare onr for you! WOW the pools, slides, farm, horses… Well the pictures shows only half of it. It is really an amazing hotel and worth every penny. The most important is the staff which is the most amazing stuff I have ever meet.
The dinning room staff, the front desk, the kids club everyone are very nice and wants to do everything they can to give you the best vacation ever. Thank you kroller for the best vacation ever.

Own water park with 4 different slides (where adults can also have fun), indoor and outdoor pool with small slide and the baby pool complete the modernly designed water area. If someone is looking for a brilliant Hotel, we can recommend the Hotel Kröller in Gerlos fully and whole-heartedly. From the cleaning lady, the restaurant staff, riding instructors, up-to-the owners are all very friendly and accommodating. There is a program for children, from babies to the Teens, and even if the Kids (like mine) don't want to go in the kids club, so you will very quickly connection to other children and they can safely hang out. In the All-inclusive offer a very extensive Breakfast, lunch Buffet, snack with cake and ice cream and a dinner a la Carte is. The quality of the food is of a very high standing, and it always has something for everyone (so a dinner is always vegetarian). The area is wonderful to go Hiking. The new swimming pool but also invites you to linger, the slides were used by the Kids excited again and again. Also the children's pool is Set up with a lot of love. For riders of the Kröller is a dream. For all the out of Saddle, fantastic rides to wait in are Alpine mountains. This man must have experienced. Beautiful!
