Another fantastic stay at the Edelweiss with Peter and Alison. As always, great food and great company. I received my '5 Jahre' award and hope that I can convert it into a '10 Jahre' one. Hope to be back soon.

We have just returned after an amazing week in Itter with Peter and Alison. I cannot recommend Club Hotel Edelweiss highly enough. 6 out of 5 stars! Thank you for a great holiday and a fantastic afternoons skiing with you both!

Located in Itter, it's an idea location for skiing, with very friendly and helpful hosts in Alison and Pete. There are family rooms available, and a beautiful relaxation suite, which includes a sauna.

Beautiful hotel in a beautiful location. The atmosphere is really nice with a great blend of organised activities within the hotel if you want it, from apres ski cakes and quizzes everyday to organised evening walks. The food is lovely and it's perfectly situated for access to ski lifts. Peter and Alison give all the help and information you need.

This is a great base for skiing or sightseeing. Peter and Alison will welcome you as if you have stayed many times before, which a lot of us have. The hotel clean and tidy, the food is… well all the plates were empty from our table tonight and generally is ideally placed to be a gateway to the slopes. They will also help you with ski hire, lift passes or anything else you might need. This is the third time we have stayed as a family, I don't believe that we have stayed three times anywhere else in the world. We shall stay again.

Thanks Alison and Peter for another fantastic week staying in your lovely hotel, felt like we were guests in your home and you could not do enough to make us comfortable and entertained. Amazing ski area helped by the best snow ever… we will be back x.

Friendly, welcoming hosts and staff have made Edelweiss a regular place to come away to to ski. The skiing itself in the Skiwelt is varied and endless and Edelweiss is always comfortable, cosy and warm. Peter and Alison are relentlessly generous with their time, knowledge and home.

We have just returned from a week with Peter and Alison and were delighted with everything. It's always worrying visiting somewhere for the first time and wondering if it will live up to your expectations. I can honestly say that we were not disappointed. Peter, Alison and their team are wonderful hosts and do everything possible to make your stay the best arranging everything from ski school to airport transfers. Our 4 year old granddaughter did not want to leave and proudly showed off her ski school medal to everyone. Thanks Matti for looking after her in ski school.

One of the best Hotels we have stayed in when Skiing… Alison and Peter are the perfect hosts who bend over backwards to help.!
Peters walks are a real eye opener to the village and the Schloss.
On the one day we were let down by Ski School Peter took it upon himself to take us out for the day OH MY GOD! All I can say is I still have the scars … my own fault not his! HA HA HA …
Once again I can't praise them enough.

This is simply a great place to stay if you are in for skiing. There is a very warm welcome, the place is clean and well maintained. We have stayed twice and it seems very likely that we will return, something that we have not done any where else. In short this is really good.

Here you can entspannen-just as a vacation should be. This year is even Ötztal premium card. Opens so many possibilities! Because the chef personally cooking, it tastes excellent! The staff is extremely busy and help immediately. We will enjoy the quiet and family atmosphere certainly again.

I spent a wonderful couple of days here last week. The owners, Peter and Alison Neurauter are from England and cater for the most part to English speaking guests, however they also speak German. The atmosphere is very informal and relaxed. They learn every guest's name and are extremely helpful and friendly. The location is great. It is not too far from the highway and it is right down the street from the Ski Welt ski lifts. In fact there is even a Bunny Slope right behind the hotel. They have a drying room to store the boots and boards or skis. I think everyone staying there had half-board, so we saw all of the guests in the mornings and the evenings. The dinners were amazing. The breakfast buffet was not huge but it was big enough for everyone to find something. In the morning during breakfast they have a handout with 3 different food choices, as well as the weather info, information on the activities going on that evening, a skiing tip of the day and more. Dinner was served between 6 and 7pm. They had a salad and soup buffet each evening and they came and asked you if you were ready for your main meal and afterwards if you were ready for your dessert. The food was great. Some of the meals were Austrian specialties that were quite authentic. Our room was not bad. It was not too small and not too big. The TV was not large, but we were not there to watch TV. Our bathroom was a bit small, but that was not really a problem.

We are always happy in Söll, especially for skiing. Pension Edelweiss is located only 5 minutes ' walk from the village centre, in the winter you can go almost to the front door with the ski. Own ski room available, clean rooms, good breakfast, all in all a secret, because despite all the benefits yet inexpensive! The family Harasser operates the pension already in 2. Or 3rd generation, very loving care and nice information.

Friendly, clean and well maintained! Top location, Hochsölden promises absolute tranquility after a day of skiing. Out from the hotel and it on skis and hit the slopes. Breakfast and half-board including ski snack. Unfortunately something very international guest structure. German, Dutch, French, Italian, unfortunately many Eastern Europeans, many Russians! Each age was represented. Too many infants. Overnight ski boots are heated. With the ski it goes directly to the slopes. A swimming pool with Spa. Panoramic view to the slopes. Infrared sauna, fin. Sauna, steam bath, steam bath, herbal bath. A fitness room with 1 treadmill, 2 ergometers, 2 Cross Trainer. The devices are so that it has the view to the slopes. 1 abdominal trainer, jump rope and weight are also available. TOP rated the double room here is de luxe Gaislachkogl. Evaluated the double room here is de luxe Gaislachkogl. Top facilities, size approx. 36 m², bathroom, separate WC, living area, balcony, garage, W-LAN incl.

We are checked out prematurely from fear of disease and to protect of our children. The food is unfit for human consumption. The rooms are for a FA. Much too small and dirty bathroom mold is everywhere, and dust and cobwebs. Even after prompt this was not turned off. The management is rude and unrepentant. As the tour operator (*). To our travel week, three families have prematurely leaving the hotel, it is not so here also an over reaction of individuals. Rather, real groups that try to proceed against hotel and tour operator formed in the hotel! (* Names of individuals / staff / tour operators are not published according to our rules. For us, the stay in the hotel "Edelweiss" was a nice experience. The location and the service in the hotel was fine.

Hotel Edelweiss was the perfect backdrop for our ski holiday. The family and the staff were very friendly and the food was fantastic. The hotel was in a wonderful location and everything was beyond our expectations. I am again soon.

We never were in Austria and were so pleasantly surprised by the service, the accommodation and hospitality which there was us. I would like to thank once again warmly when the landlord and the service staff for this very nice holiday.
