Five of us had dinner on a Sunday night. It was very quiet, with no music or anything to create a nice atmosphere. The service was friendly, and the Wiener Schnitzel was really good — definitely the highlight.
The other dishes (beef tartare, char, Kaiserschmarren, and sorbet) were prepared well in terms of quality, but the flavors were bland and not very creative. Some dishes felt overpriced for what they offered, though that seems common for the region and Stuben.
This was my second time visiting Fuxbau restaurant and will be not the last.
It was very special night all of our dishes were very delicious especially the veal dish was extremely delicious.
We were celebrating our first wedding anniversary and I asked them on my reservation to add some writing words on our dessert dish to surprise my wife but they surprises us both by special cake form there kitchen with my order written with it.
I would like to Thank all of the Fuxbau time for this unforgivable night.

Summer evening in June. Venue is nearly empty. We wanted a table in the garden, but waiter thought it’s too small for 4 (2 adults and 2 kids) and quite insisted that we seat in the street at proper table: Quadratisch-Praktisch-Gut 🤕. We explained that we’re fine with small and cosy, but host had a different opinion.
Can’t comment the food, sorry. However menu was quoted limited.
