Just had a fantastic 4 days in hotel Kertess. The staff are really Friendly and the dinner bed and breakfast package is fantastic value for money with both a superb breakfast and dinner. I would highly recommend this hotel for business or pleasure.

Great space and beautiful location.

St. Anton a. Arlberg is part of a well-known ski resort. Suitable for hiking in summer. Hotel Kertess is located on the hillside. Unfortunately, the hotel only has parking spaces that are off-site. There must be a willingness to run something.
The room was fine, normal equipment and clean. The beds are not quite as wide.
Half board with very good dinner, can be recommended. Staff nice and helpful.

Excellent welcome and top staff. Advised.

Everything about this Hotel was perfect, fantastic food, pleasant staff, cosy atmosphere, gorgeous surroundings. Just brilliant.

Beautiful hotel. Beautiful rooms that were deliberately made old. I like the alone very good. Also the controls are very nice. The parking lot is a few minutes away. For the exhaust you can stop just before the hotel. There is always (as long as the reception is staffed) a driving service to the parking lot. Food tastes very delicious. The 4 course menu is recommended. In addition, wellness with sauna, massage and swimming pool is offered. Also recommended. Personally, I would always be back here.

A nice hotel with very friendly staff. Especially Tanja in the service, who made breakfast and dinner always a joy, besides Günter, the professional in the kitchen, who spoiled us for a week excellent culinary.
That's how service works. We felt very comfortable. A big compliment to this House — and to all those who contributed to the fact that our stay there remains in such a good memory.

Amazing food, service and cleanliness.

Lovely staff, comfy beds, nice (ish) food, a bit too fancy for me.

An exciting weekend in a state of emergency. Thank you for the help of entering and leaving with snow madness. We're happy to come back! Top hotel, nice clean rooms, very good food and great staff in service!

Smokey room, located 3 flights of stairs and considerable walk away from the reception area. Mistake during the booking process meant our group was split across hotels for the first few nights. Location also means a shuttle needed to access lifts. Food was great, and staff helpful throughout.

We stayed at this hotel at the beginning of the season at the beginning of the season. Throughout the stay we were looked after very helpfully, the service staff was friendly, prudent and the kitchen always tasted excellent, from appetizer to dessert. I wish it a successful winter season and would like to recommend it to everyone.

Good hotel with large rooms. Beautifully located between the mountains. One of our rooms unfortunately not as clean as expected. For that the kitchen is outstanding! The evening buffet was exceptionally good. Also, the free shuttle service is great. The staff is friendly and attentive. Thanks for the lovely stay.

Very good Hotel. Kitchen very well. Staff very friendly and helpful. This Hotel I can only recommend.

Nice pool. Nice views and location. However Not very accessible due to several multi levels. Situated in a steep hill. Difficult to walk up to location. Local shuttle service very inefficient and only every hour. Defenitely not wheel chair accessible. Lift very slow. Dog in reception area. Once this dog attacked another dog while I was in lobby. Room nice but street view. Had to keep window closed and curtain closed all the time. Room was not cleaned once and had to go to reception to get clean towels. Staff could not communicate in English. Had several communication problems especially with head waiter and hotel owner. Once I ordered sparkling water and got sprite and once on the menu there was pork fillet and got smoked gammon. Very not good value for money.

Nice views. Nice indoor pool. Nice Location unaccessible. It is situated in the middle of a steep hill. Shuttle service only every hour and unreliable. Not wheelchair accessible. Staff very unfriendly and difficult ult to communicate through English. Room need refurbishment. Bed very uncomfortable. Cracks all over the place. Bathrooms unaccessible. Too high to get in tubs and shower. No handle to help yourself. Food description in menu does not corrispond at all with the food presented. Very bad English in the menu. Not recommended.

Morning food far too late, only at 7.30. Sauna area open for 3 hours only! Facility was defective. Gentleman at reception was very rude to guests in the hotel. Cars have to be parked 500m away.

Like the rating: it was okay. I can't score higher because as a last-minute booking, in a busy time during the season, I paid an expensive rate for what amounted to a large enough room in a respectable building. Kertess is really a high volume, lower-middle bracket joint where the punters want feeding and watering in bulk and then somewhere to crash afterwards. In that respect it does a good enough job. Accordingly the kitchen worked hard to knock out large volumes of decent food, and there's a lively-ish bar. Its a fairly brief walk into town.

Rooms are impeccable and also the service staff very friendly. Only criticism, on the first day we were served moulded schnitzel from the deep fryer. Very sad.

First class hotel and excellent service which goes above and beyond.

Very nice hotel. Great food and service. Nice rooms and very clean. Even if not far from the city Centre, the shuttle bus is a nice plus in the morning to start the skiing day. We booked the hotel because of the swimming pool as the kids love to swim after a day of ski, but unfortunately the pool water is nog gearde and freezing cold.

What a great Austrian alpine hotel; the staff were totally wonderful by being friendly, happy polite and accommodating.
The food was absolutely wonderful and couldn't fault any part of our stay! Thank you hotel Kertess and Bougey x.

Very well maintained House and extremely friendly staff. Good kitchen. We have felt very much at home.

Just visited the restaurant. While the food was very tasty and complete, the service was not so great as several thing went wrong with our order. Overall would rate it 3 stars as the prices are a bit steep compared to what you get.
