The rooms are vert cosy and clean. The wellness area is well designed, with a sauna, an infrared cabin. The restaurant is also good with a large choice of dishes. People were helpful and friendly.

The team around Heimo was on Zack and always tried to read all the wishes from the eyes (and we had some special wishes).
Rooms are large and beautiful, the style suits the region. The wine list is extensive, the stock of matured wines is positive, the bar has not missed the gin and tonic trend (Caol Run with Schweppes Hibiscus Tonic ;-) ).
(Sometimes what can go wrong happens. More importantly, you react quickly and professionally, as is done in the mail in any case. )
Conclusion: very nice family ski holiday in the Easter week, which was certainly not the last.

Said that St. Anton is a pretty town (nothing exceptional eh. ), the Post hotel is well run, all in all clean and tidy. The staff is kind and always helpful and SMILING, which is not entirely obvious. The SummerCard provided offers a lot of opportunities to "do things". The internal spa is sufficiently organized and functional.
That said, some things need to be reviewed. First of all the mattresses that although turned and turned are really bad. Even the pillows are… Devastating. Then you should limit access to dogs to restricted areas… because some flea, supratall considering that there is carpet everywhere… You can meet her. In the spa should always be present a person of the staff to ensure that the rules are respected by everyone (too many dips in the pool…). The food is great and the schedules always respected. Overall, it's not bad if only the reported aspects were reviewed. Lastly I recommend rooms on the highest floors, because at the bottom you can hear a little too much noise.
