Warm welcome, excellent hospitality, very flexible restaurant and friendly staff.

We stayed here for 2 nights, the owner was very friendly and full of energy and sympathy!
The hotel is right in the centre along the pedestrian street, but reachable by car passing automatic gates at the gondola lift; It is equipped with sauna, typical restaurant (very good! ), bar and Mexican pub.
The hotel offers you the opportunity to buy ski passes directly in reception by charging them on the room and bypassing the queue in the ticket office, really useful!
Skis are left to a ski check at the foot of the gondola at 5 minutes from the hotel so you leave the hotel with shoes on your feet, very comfortable, the only flaw is that at 19 then closes attention to long ski apres!

Clean, well located, great place to stay.

An exceptionally friendly reception from a host who has a remarkable aptitude for learning names! A comfy and convenient one night stay. Noise from the street during the night is the only reason not to give it 5 stars, although this is St. Anton, so known as a Party town, and you can probably request a quieter room.

The service was top quality. Location is perfect and the restaurant BoBo's beneath is great for Mexican. Would highly recommend staying here.

Poor service & sub par Schnitzel experience.

Who really wants to indulge in the holiday, which must go here. The kitchen is top! The friendly and courteous staff complete the thing. The rooms are very nicely decorated. But what is missing is the refrigerator. In this enormous heat we could cool unfortunately no drinks in the room.

We were late may for 4 days in the Hotel Crystal (that's why no information to nearby slopes), we found the short trip in the ADAC journal and (*) booked. 149. — € / person for 3 nights including HP and some other amenities such as afternoon snack and voucher for wellness. And I must say, were more than exceeded our expectations. A very clean and well maintained hotel in typical Tyrolean hospitality. The staff is very friendly and helpful, always striving to also children. Most importantly, the food with me has leave a lasting impression. The cuisine is at its best, since only the full stomach has slowed. For an a +. Also the spa area is generous and pretty. I can highly recommend this hotel.
