We had our dinner and breakfast here for almost a week. The breakfast should be a bit more varied but the quality and quantity of the food was perfect. The dinners was very good, we never left hungry. The hosts was very kind and helpful and flexible if the children were choosy. I recommend this hotel for a dinner or as an accommodation on this stunningly beautiful region.

Food is only good if the boss is there personally and cooks.

Everything was quite new, nice location, very good food, very friendly with humor; Close to Switzerland, where you can shop duty-free; From here you can do a lot of business.

Vouchers are not redeemed or That the coupon quota is already exhausted for this year (beginning of the year! ). Where is it?! Receive money in advance for a service and then do not want to redeem it? No or Very late replies to mails. Almost unreachable by telephone. Unfriendly replies by mail are also included.
The hotel in itself I can not rate, but the handling with clientele already shows a lot. Therefore, I would not recommend anyone buying a voucher for this hotel. I will not make a booking there either.

I bought a coupon for 5 days/4 nights for two in the country house paradise. Unfortunately, we were strongly rejected last year, as well this year! The mails were either not answered or the time frame was rejected on the grounds that they were booked. However, if someone else is asking for the same time frame, they can be booked! That's just outrageous! We could not offer any other time frame, neither for last nor for this year! We were once again looking forward to next year with the knowledge that the coupon will expire in October 2017! The last mail with the request for clarification of this incident, did not even come to the hotel! You've already got the money!

Super Hotel — we felt very comfortable — everything was very good. Room very clean — food very good — price —/performance great.
This hotel I give 5 stars and the kitchen 4 hoods. So I can recommend this nice hotel to 100%.

Pessimmo service! waiting for the beer, 30 minutes! the food wasn't salty, more! seemed to eat the salt block: left piettanza in meta, also my other two travelling companions. We have not received an apology from the Cook, much less a discount. 80euro for 3 roasts, 2 glasses of wine, 1 beer.
the proprietor in addition treated us very badly! the new management and is poorly educated and squalida to say the least, thief! They said we could pay 60 but eventually charged us the full amount! they do not accept credit cards. While on the site it is specified that the property accepts payments with the following cards: visa, maestro, mastercard! My wife and I had 4 nights with half board in the paradise in San Juan.
We were to due to a coupon campaign there, family has looked Gritsch very nice to us and is our special requests like vegetarian food, extra blankets, temporary hair dryer.
The small sauna area in the basement is in the price included, very nice and cozy.
We felt very comfortable there, which enjoyed excellent cuisine and heeded the lovingly designed tour suggestions for breakfast.
It was an all around successful getaway, thanks to Bernadette and Thomas Gritsch.
