Very luxury place, overprised. We booked whole hotel, 67 people for whole week (we paid over 30 000 Euros). There was problem with internet connection and receptionist finished behind desk at 4PM, so no chance to get anyone after skiing. Extra charge for final cleaning (110 Euros our 5 bedroom appartment) and the final day they called us Tschechische Schweine — The Czech pigs, just because someone left garbage in the room in trash can. Big disappointment at the end of our stay.
After our unpleasant surprise with the end bill only 1 star. We requested a quote for 3 people and booked with a non returnable deposit based on the quote. At the end of the stay it turned out that the quote was actually only for 2 people and the extra person was additional. The resulted in a much larger amount to be paid. Even though the hotel admitted to the mistake with the quote they did not drop the extra charges or make an attempt to resolve the matter.
