Spent a very, very nice winter holiday here in perfect cross-country skiing conditions. The food was delicious, the surroundings are fantastically beautiful and we will definitely be back!

Perfect location for the slightly smaller purse — even in August! Huge, very clean room, absolutely delicious food and super nice staff. Can I highly recommend it!

Rooms & beds are good. Cleanliness of the rooms is good. Staff is "concerned" but could be much friendlier. The service in the restaurant is incredibly poor. There are too few seats, you have to wait, no excuse for that. Managing director is not interested in feedback and responds cheekily! It is also unbelievable that the water costs 5€ when eating. You are only allowed to drink until 9 p. M. When you play in the swimming pool with a ball you get annoyed (even if it is empty) — unbelievable to me. Sauna is only open until 7 pm. Savings are made everywhere. Too bad because the hotel would have quite good potential. Good hiking opportunities. Due to the service but only worth 1 star.

The five stars, of course, do not refer to le noble.
But the current chef's kitchen and talent are top. The hotel has offered us everything. Information in travel booking and price and experience was completely correct. From cycling and swimming from early, sauna and to the gastronomy and friendliness of the staff. In addition, the community association around Seefeld also offers a lot for families. The hotel is highly recommended.

We are already at the third year … Great.

We stayed in the Gasthaus. The showers were a bit too small. Small plus a curtain makes for an annoying shower experience. ("Get off me, curtain! ") The staff is nice and attentive. The girl at reception was sweet. The massive free parking is very convenient. The pool was a little colder than I expected, but a few minutes in the sauna fixed that. The breakfast was quite nice, but the dinner was a bit underwhelming. Still, would probably stay here again.

Should stay in an outhouse no heating no hot water old dirty mouldy musty stuffy. Not recommended.

The hosts were slightly rude. The breakfast served was not adequate. 5 stars for the Infrastructure and ambience.

We spend lovely holidays at this beautiful location.

I never rate bad but this time I just have to do it.
We have booked a suite for 4 people and paid €445.
They gave us a junior suite worth €320. But we paid for a normal suite €445. So we'd be "totally screwed up". Unfortunately we only noticed it at home while looking through the documents. The junior suite is only for 3 people. I have already contacted by phone for a refund and compensation you promised me that it was a "mistake". How can this happen if 4 people stand in front of you and a junior suite is only suitable for 3 persons? Since we had 2 dogs we got a totally inferior room although the dogs were announced.

We came in and it was a pure disappointment. Totally outdated and also unclean. Dirty sofa with stains. 1 minimalist Bathroom Although we would have had 2 bathrooms + balcony According to booking + confirmation and payment. Nothing of the same we have gotten.
After the winter party we came back to the hotel. With difficulty and distress, we got another wine at 21.45. Since one of us still had strong hunger and we of course had understanding that at 21.45 No more hot dishes, I asked for a piece of bread. Then the clerk told me "the kitchen was closed and he had no key for the kitchen". Are you serious? A closed kitchen in a hotel?
And that's when there's a big party in the area. Other guests have also been terribly complaining.
The next day then the breakfast. At 9 o'clock: everything is empty.

The least — lodged in the house next door, to go to the bath, having to go out in a bathrobe is not too much my thing, and reservation in half — pension it is a pity that we could not have a meal to the menu at supper

Just returned from a week in Austria, staying at this hotel. The food was delicious — always a great choice on offer. The staff were friendly and efficient. The rooms were just perfect and well serviced. I wouldn't hesitate to return. Well done to all concerned.
