If are looking for an amazing place to stay in the Beautiful Village Of Fieberbrunn, Austria. I highly recommend you stay at Hotel-Restaurant Alte Post l. I booked a room at this amazing establishment in Late June of 2021. I was immediately given all the proper information per prices, the location and type of room was available. I went ahead and booked a room. Upon arriving I was warmly Welcomed by the front office staff who run the front office and welcome all the guests. They helped me with my bags and showed me my room. The Staff takes a lot of pride in their jobs and give 💯 % to their guests. If you need any information or any questions on the area during your stay just ask The Front Office and everyone that works at the hotel. They are the best of the best and very cool in my book. The Hotel-Restaurant Alte Post Is situated right in the center of the beautiful village of Fieberbrunn. The Hotel had a beautiful balcony. It should be noted I am originally from Dublin, Ireland, Lived in the United States for over Thirty Four Years and traveled all over the world with the United States Marines. I definitely know a Great Hotel from all my life experiences and travels all over the world. The Hotel-Restaurant Alte Post rates Five Stars and more. You won’t be disappointed. Lastly I definitely will be returning to this totally Awesome Hotel in the near future. I can not think of any other place to stay in Fieberbrunn! You won’t be disappointed!

Super tasty food, had today on 24.7.2020 veal goulash with Spätzle and vegetables, was really great.

We enjoyed a great meal in the restaurant Alte Post. Everything was right here from start to finish.

I'm quite demanding from an eating point.
Finding creative, innovative cuisine in the region, away from schnitzel, kasnocken and co, is not easy. That is different here! Finally a kitchen that understands how to combine tradition and modernity. Both traditional dishes and new ideas find their place on the menu.
The plate language — a dream!
Every single dish was excellent visually and tastefully!
Here you really want to test so many other dishes. So we'll definitely be back!

Highly recommended! Good food, gentle spa area and very good service.

Pleasant hotel to eat in the old hotel was very tasty and also the staff is super friendly

! Info to KAT Biker asks at the reception for a transfer to the train station then you do not have to run the 2 km with the luggage!

We had booked the KAT Bike package and were very satisfied. Friendly reception, bikes can be parked in the large and well equipped cellar and repaired in case of need. Clean and well-kept rooms with modern facilities, very nice and large wellness area with pool on the roof. The food was fine.

Unfortunately, this NO accommodation does meet the requirements and is an absolute disappointment!
Not only did the domestic dog (not leashed! ) attack our dog in the entryway (here my wife carried away a 20cm cut wound on the shin! ) We were also promised compensation by management, which at the end of the day was two drinks (€7, €30)! The behaviour of one of the managing directors in check-out (neither greeted nor eye contact) also speaks volumes and cannot be outdone in disrespect. Incomprehensible!
Now to our review, which is still in the hotel's favor!

It has Schullandland-Karakter and does not cater to a 4-star hotel in the remotest way! In 5 days, neither the sheet nor the bed linen were changed!
1 out of 5 FREE absolutely inadequate (3 different sausages — and cheeses, milk is done in the packaging, etc. )! Soft eggs are served almost raw ect.
This is more than undignified in this hotel category!
0 out of 5 ABENDESSEN has partly Mensa caracter! Here you can expect more at 4 stars! The soups were still the best!
2 out of 5 nous ICE & PERSONAL is tense, partly, despite the low season. Understaffed and therefore overwhelmed and not professional. With 4 stars you expect something different!
2 out of 5 WELLNESS-BEREICH is beautiful, but too small in peak season! The roof pool is beautifully laid out, but also too small in the high season!

The food is good but somehow I had expected more. The first impression promises more than the cook can hold.

It is an experience for all the senses. The batteries for everyday life are completely filled, and this feeling keeps you safe until next Time. Because it is available at any time.

As part of the HP, the food was not always cooked properly. Otherwise a lovely hotel. Service staff very attentive.

In October 2017 we spent a week hiking holiday Intirol in the Hotel Alte Post in the Fever.
The Old Post is a beautiful hotel with a beautiful spa area, which we visited in the afternoon after the hikes regularly.
The accommodation and the service are excellent.

Great spa with style and amazing outdoor pool with views of the Tyrolean mountains! The décor of the rooms is beautiful and lovingly furnished! A real insider's tip!

Great hotel with really first class wellness. Food couldn't be so ready:).

The kitchen is excellent, the waitress is rather gruff to not say rude. It would be nice if the waitress treats children as children. But we do not let ourselves be put off, but the kitchen is too good.

We have spontaneously and in the short term after a nice hotel, with wellness area and the possibility of possibly A little hike to go, searched and stumbled over the hotel Alte Post in Fever —
We had a fantastic and relaxed weekend from check-in to the last second.
Despite our unfortunately somewhat late arrival on Friday evening, the welcome was very cordial and detailed with the hint that we can still go to the restaurant for dinner.
The house is a little "nested" and you may find yourself Not right away, in the end we knew the hotel then, like our own vest pocket. The rooms are lovingly furnished and extremely spacious, bright and very clean, we also had a beautiful balcony with lush blooming, colourful geraniums
The whole hotel is really well maintained and you feel completely at ease and
The food is super tasty, both the breakfast buffet and the evening menu left nothing to be desired with us and it is plentiful for every taste.
Especially we would like to thank the entire team for the extraordinarily great round-the-service and the loving attention!
For my birthday, surprisingly, we expected a birthday table + a cult for breakfast and the staff congratulated me very warmly — thanks again and a great compliment to the hotel team!

A beautiful new wellness area (2012) to relax after a hard day of skiing. Generally an all around hotel that superst food, very clean, price is given room and very central us location was also very important — my family with two children. Thank you again for this beautiful holiday with you in Fieberbrunn, we come back with reinforcements :-).

Perfect location in the Centre with ample parking. Excellent Tyrolean cuisine, free Internet. Very friendly atmosphere, family Eder is always present. Ideal for hikers, mountain bikers, cyclists, and in the winter for skiers. Austragugungsort of the annual Biathlon World Cup.

Great sports hotel in Tyrol! The food was fantastic and the head sporting a real challenge. We come back. Thank you.
