Very nice and well located hotel. All staff are very friendly and accommodating. The ambience is authentic and very cozy. Everything is clean and modern furnished, the spa area is great and also very clean.
The food is great and incredibly delicious.
The only thing to keep in mind is the tourist tax, which is due when check-out.

Nice hotel with different rooms. Unfortunately, the baths are visibly old. All in all, the rooms are clean and tidy.
The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The wellness area is relatively new and invites you to linger for a longer period of time.
The food, breakfast and dinner, are very good. Especially the partly regional dinner is top class. We tried different dishes on several evenings and they were all excellent. If the food were to be evaluated on my own, I would have given away at least five stars. The prices for the food are very cheap for the offered quality (noodles with meat or fish for 15-20 €).

A super hotel him Zillertal in Ramsau.
The sauna, steam sauna are clean and the view from the sauna is also mega.
In the evening you can sit here nicely and eat something. Saturday is always grooved!
So the drinks are very well made.
By and large, it is a recommendation. I wasn't here the last time.

You are served very kindly by two men. Keep doing so.

Wonderful stay
Very nice hotel! Long not sono well eaten! Super nice staff. My fiancé and I feel super comfortable. Even if the bathroom may not be the latest, it is more than enough! We are very happy to come back!

The hotel exudes a unique flair, offers a magnificent panoramic view and is run by wonderful friendly people. I was already 4x guest and will definitely come back.

Super nice and fancy restaurant — amazing view over the valley. The food is very tasty, also plenty of vegetarian and vegan options (which is hard to find in Tirol). Perfect place to spend a long evening. Food takes rather long.

Due to the nice and friendly nature of the Mitarbeiter_innen we felt at ease from the first moment in the Mountain & Soul. This was already evident in the telephone reservation, in which we received our wishes. The individualized rooms, the cosy sauna area and the great mountain Panorama make the Mountain & soul unique. There is also a lot to eat; The breakfast buffet is very extensive (grain rolls;) ) and also a visit to the in-house restaurant is definitely worth it!

Very happy! The rooms are cosy and well equipped. As far as I have seen, each room has access to a separate terrace.
The breakfast buffet is plentiful, so much choice is seldom found at booked half-board. The spa area with 3 saunas and wellness area is great, the view class.
Also ate a total of 3 times to dinner, each with different dishes, and all were excellent. Also the cocktails and the desserts. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Definitely to recommend.

We were eating four in the restaurant yesterday and what should I say? We are thrilled! Modern, super tasty and above all affordable cuisine, nice casual furnishings and as others have already noticed — a great terrace with an amazing view:) Service was OK.
