I've spent an unforgettable week there. Mayrhofen is a real jewelry box with endless opportunities in it. In the middle of it there is this amazing hotel, everything works perfect, all the places are close, and the hotel itself is beautiful as well. You can find activities for all ages, all tastes, no matter if its winter or summer time. I have some of my most amazing memories there, and looking forward to return soon! Thank you for all these great experiences!

Simply the best hotel. Returning over and over for 30 years. Amazing views, pool overlooking mountains is superb, rooms outstanding, excellent 4 course meals and location couldn’t be better. My family and friends have enjoyed the best holiday again this year! ♥️

Were unfortunately very disappointed. The first negative experience already on the day of arrival when we were told you can borrow everything you need for sports and games, as well as simple bathrobes that are self-evident in other hotels only if you have a Ktedit card. Of course, we do not have one. This was also not apparent on the website. At dinner, our waitress barely spoke german or English. Our 2nd waitress didn't speak at all, but just pulled the plates under your nose even though you were still chewing. The food was better, unfortunately all got 3 diarrhoea.
In the evening we asked if it was possible to bring coffee to ours in the morning, this was answered in the affirmative, one would only have to order in the morning at the reception. Said, unfortunately, this service did not exist, supposedly at 7.00 no coffee would be finished yet? Then we were told that all the waiters are currently at full capacity. Wasn't any more bad we asked if we could get one. That, in turn, was answered in the affirmative. In the dining room, 9 out of 10 waiters were extremely rude what we think they wouldn't have opened yet, there wouldn't be any coffee. Dining room opens at 7.30 am 7.10 was there. After endless discussion, one got 2 cups, was expelled to the dining room and the door was locked loudly behind us swearing.
Rooms are very clean and cozy. The spa area is absolutely awesome.
