Great food for reasonable prices and great staff.

Very friendly people, very friendly and attentive staff. Feel good pure. Super delicious, rich food. The Hotel, as the rooms are in a great style, very lovingly and very tastefully decorated. Everything is super clean. We are thrilled and will definitely come again!

Super great house have Halpension the food is a dream and so also the staff is nice friendly courteous it is a nice family business and you are received really friendly and you belong to the family right away.

This beautiful hotel of the middle class in typical Alpine style is located directly at the train station of Mayrhofen. The down-to-earth kitchen and the friendly staff ensure a successful holiday in Tyrol. Unfortunately, at the end, items were placed on the invoice, which were agreed quite differently before the trip. Despite the complaint, the boss of the House insisted on it in a stubborn, unprofessional way, as I have never experienced in a hotel. To our regret, this "rip off" was also carried out by our friends. Otherwise it was a wonderful week.

Good location, nice and clean ambiance, hardworking staff, but extremely unfriendly, witty, unprofessional chef, breakfast quite monotonous, fresh fruit with canned fruit stretched, only industrial baked goods despite family bakery Next door, very small sauna, defective lighting was not exchanged despite note for one week, bathrobe by rental fee of €10, which is only found on the invoice, small ski cellar available.

We ate there yesterday. Food great, service fantastic by a young gent (sorry didn’t get his name) who made us welcome and couldn’t do enough. The live traditional Austrian music was also great. I think they are there Sunday and Thursday.

I ate here at lunch, the restaurant was quiet with only a few others eating. My 'chicken salad' consisted of a random assortment of old fruit, rotten lettuce, and over salted chicken. When I sent it back to the kitchen and asked for my money back the manager abused me in front of the entire restaurant. Avoid this place, Mayrhofen has so much better to offer.

Nice hotel, friendly stuff, but the lady of the house treated us like we were unworthy of staying there.

Mixed feelings. We booked this Hotel since it was advertised as having free sauna and SPA. Though once arrived, we were told it was only from 5 to 7 PM, and that the next day was their "free" day. After we complained a little, however, we were allowed to use the SPA and enjoyed it very much. The hotel is nice, the rooms wide and spacious; the only negative aspect is the fact that it is really close to the main road, which does not allow sleeping with windows open.

Nice hotel. Everything is great. Only minor is the buzy road next to it so you can't sleep with window opened.

Very good cuisine, Wild is absolutely to recommend. Double room very nice single, I can not judge. Very friendly and W-Lan, there was nothing.

Very good atmosphere, very good kitchen and clean rooms. Wi-Fi was to rent, but it was free. To recommend.
