Not dog-friendly! We were always put somewhere else to eat with our dog, where some of the breakfast in the evening had not yet been cleared. We felt totally out of place with dog. Then they should ban dogs in general but not charge overpriced 15 euros per day for the dog and then lay out old tablecloths with holes and stains in the room because of the dog hair. Very poor service. From a Stephanie probably the boss to a complaint got a cheeky answer and except for the 2 young blonde ladies were all very unfriendly. The food was not very varied for a vegetarian with 3 times in a row noodles e. G. And everything did not taste homemade. Rice with meat without sauce. For the house guests, the food was almost like thrown on the plate, in contrast to the guests who came from outside, it was prepared a little more.
The bright spot was only the top location, rooms and the wellness area when the buns were switched on on time.
we changed the hotel because we didn't feel comfortable at all!

Terrible service… arrogant and not friendly.
An Old Viennese soup pot of 7.50! A soup in the menu stood as richly filled… True just clear broth with a few chunks of carrot and some floating noodles! Goulash soup was oke… but not top! Never go here again!

Charming Hotel. The room was too hot, the heating under the carpet meant that we had to open the door all night. Thats ok, except, there was a disco right outside. Find another room, and I can recommend the hotel.

What an amazing place. Friendly staff. Great food. Stunning location. Sorry only stayed 1 night. Would love to go back. Highly recommended.

The food was always super tasty. The service is very attentive and very nice. We were very satisfied quality of food is very good. We would love to come back.

Very well located hotel — up to the Penkenbahn or Ahornbahn walking time each 2 minutes. Facilities very good (bathroom new, shower + bathtub, TV, large and many cupboards, bed comfortable). Large balconies per room. Elevator in the hotel. Friendly staff. Bed service every day. A star deduction for the not so tasty food in the hotel and the not rich breakfast. Better seen elsewhere for the price. Juices come only from a vending machine and there is only normal coffee for breakfast. Choice of Rolls Super. Always freshly baked. Selection of egg dishes is also available. Unfortunately, the cook is not always wanted to prepare something fresh. Around a good hotel with direct access to the BRÜCKN ´ Stadl and top location. Here you can spend a nice holiday;-)

Food — badly and expensive Staff — unpleasant BAD.

Very comfortable house. All facilities new and clean. Warmed locker for ski equipment.

Excellent very well catered, plus the girl at reception speaks Spanish and helped us a lot in choosing a dish of food… Also suggested places to visit in Mayrhofen.

We wanted to spend a cozy evening with meat fondue, but we felt very uncomfortable. A lot of things went wrong, which should not have gone wrong.
In advance I can say: The only positive thing was that the food itself was delicious and one of the waitresses remained friendly despite many inconsistencies.
It started with our fondue burners constantly going out and we were not helped even after three times demand. We were left with only a lighter, so that we could ignite it ourselves again. The fries and all other dishes were brought to us about 10 minutes before the meat, so that until the right start of course everything was already cold. On my demand, whether we could reorder for free encampments (I would expect basically at a price of €29 p. P. ), they told me that it would bring us immediately. But then another employee came and explained to us that nothing would be returned. After all, all ten times would be reordered fries. It is sad to see how disagreeable one can be — such a thing should be communicated in the team. Our light gaze in the whole back and forth was the one employee who mainly cared for us. In contrast to her colleagues, she was always friendly and apologized by saying that the owners themselves were not in agreement and that the last times (when the other boss had been there) were always allowed to give out all the encampments free of charge.

Delicious food (a bit more to be had), nice atmosphere.

We've never stayed there before. But celebrating can be man there super, and the food is perfect.

We went last week and took our dog, good food reasonably priced and friendly hotel thank you for a pleasant stay.

We were 2015 the last time there and had it in good memory. But this time we were somewhat disappointed. The food was already after a short 10min and was very bland, little spiced and not lovingly done. The prices seem too expensive for the "quality".
Much reminiscent of finished food. In any case, local Tyrolean handicraft was not!
The staff was very friendly and attentive.
Maybe the kitchen had a bad day!?

Centrally located, short walking distance to Penken lifts and the bars in town. Great atmosphere in the bar.

Stay at the table for 15 min and nobody came up to us.

Completely overwhelmed waiter. After 15 minutes you will finally be asked what you want to order. Tables that came after us were served EHR. Next to the table ordered a small beer and got a big one. Answer from the waiter: A big beer is cheaper in comparison. Luckily we wanted to eat nothing here.

Very disappointing. Food was served after 3 minutes and also tasted accordingly. You could also eat in the motorway resting place.

Stopped in last night for a quick meal, and had one of the best meals I have had in years — Tiroler Knödelsuppe was perfect, the consommé was clear and the dumpling was properly cooked & seasoned — and the main meal Tiroler Schweinsstelze (Pork Knuckle) was the best I have ever had without a doubt, the meat was tender yet the crackling was crisp with that delicious chewy caramelised 'sticky teeth' texture you have when everything is right — again, the dumpling was good, and everything cooked well… and the portion was so large I couldn't finish it!
Even the salad was a good mix between the sweetness of the corn and the sharpness of the beet with the dressing… top marks to the kitchen, and also the wait staff who were very friendly and made sure I wasn't waiting between courses.
Excellent, really happy with the evening especially as I wasn't looking for anything special — but certainly got it regardless. I would recommend Hotel Gasthof Brücke to anyone looking for a good hearty traditional meal in Mayrhofen, they have it down well.

Lovely hotey. Wi-Fi has uptime of about 80%. Probably not their fault but 100% is needed nowadays. The room is huge and day staff super friendly. The restaurant is fantastic and right inside. This will be my permanent Maryhofen crash spot.

The food was unfortunately very disappointing. A forest mushroom goulash that consisted of canned mushrooms, a frozen pizza (which was indicated in the card, but I mean hello: for such a hotel or inn this is already embarrassing) for almost 10 euros, funny things in the bread dumplings etc. This is just a small excerpt of the experienced… The waitress was trying, but it didn't get ripped out. After dinner, an elderly gentleman came to the table (perhaps the Boss? ) and asked if everything had been in order. When we wanted to make criticisms, he went on quickly. This was our first and last visit there and I wish the responsible people to take the criticism they have already expressed and to change something. Because what you can positively evaluate is the beautiful ambience there.

I normally get an early evening beer here the manning of the bar is often sketchy around late afternoon but it's quiet and calm. Got a bit pissed off though when tried to use a large denomination note and the barman rudely asked if I thought he was an ATM. He needs a kick up the arse.

Every night at the end of skiing each day I called with my boyfriend for a wee A nice quiet hotel bar, unfortunately service is a bit random! Today I called at the bank before going for my drink and was issued a €100 note. The bar man Richard when offered the note in payment said " I'm not an ATM! " To which I said to him no that's where I got that note! How rude How disappointing And then the barman walked out of the bar leaving two other customers waiting to be served. Not the level of customer service I would of hoped for.

Always coming back with pleasure here. The restaurant is really good. Free Wi-Fi is a plus especially for foreigners.

Late dinner. Warm staff welcoming and serving us. Traditional tirol food. Nothing bad to say.

The Crystal chalets are very modern yet cozy. We have been coming for several years now and received consistently great service. The bar in the main hotel building is quieter than the aprez ski establishments, has great atmosphere and the beer is excellent. Cool service too.

Everything is super loyal hardworking and clean rooms.

The food is not very good, the wienerschnitsel was not hot and dry. And we think it is up to the microwave. Unfortunately for such a beautiful restaurant.

The majority of our order consisted of frozen food! The staff responded to our complaints unverständnisvoll, arrogant and unfriendly.
Very pity, because the ambience of the dining room didn't look promising. A repeated visit is closed for us.

This review is limited to the restaurant. Over all it has a poor food quality : — (I ate there twice with my family. An absolute no go was the "Wiener Schnitzel". It had the look and taste of a TK (frozen food) product.

A very pleasant friendly condition and the hotel very good and the food is very good.

The room was really lovely with really nice furnishings. The bathroom is seriously excellent, honestly I couldn't believe the standard when we arrived. The meals are also outstanding, loads of choice, really filling and delicious! Drinks with dinner are not exspensive and all the staff are extremely welcoming. As a bonus, the hotel is about 200 yards from the Penken Gondola and easily walkable with skis. Stay here.
