The hotel is a bit old, but it does everything well with its charm.
We felt very comfortable and the whole team is very friendly.
Pure relaxation!

We had a family stay, accompanied by 2 couples of friends with children. The hotel lends itself very well. A welcome always friendly. The infrastructure is typical, without being outdated, and you feel the history of this hotel and family.
You do not tighten it, the positioning price — benefit is very good.

Super nice holiday! Lovingly furnished with lots of wood, typical of Tyrol:-) Cosy, clean and generous. Rooms, food, spa were top. Of particular note are the hard-working helpers at the Thaler, all friendly, even the family is trying hard. Keep it up!

Price/performance very consistent, all services as described get. Well organized everything! I would like to highlight the friendly staff. Whether the cleaning fee or the waiter, all friendly. They have joy at work. Nice owner, nice hotel. All clean and there what you need. Delicious food and great swimming pool. Hiking area in front of the door! We'll be back!

So we were 5 nights there, booked through a tour operator and can only report positive! If you have expectations like in a 5-star hotel, then you also have to book one (and pay for it). Conveniently booked and not disappointed. Great services included which are all respected. Room great, everything clean and food delicious. Fantastic area with many possibilities and a hammer price, what more can you want!

Great hotel. Clean with very friendly staff. Quiet location. Good starting point for hiking. You get a lot of great tips at the check-in and are super advised daily in the morning with the House newspaper and at the reception. Everything in good condition, partly older furniture, but this disturbed and by no means, since everything was clean. The hotel is cosy and large. Plus is the evening program and the food. Come back and can only recommend!

Rotten furnitures and rooms. Dirty and hairs spread in the bathroom. Thank god we are just staying for 1 night and don’t have to eat here …

Hospitable, clean rooms, good food, absolutely fine for me. Thanks to Michaela who also met extras, although there was a lot going on during the meal. Gladly again.

OK rooms, pool, sauna, helpful staff, really bad food on some days and really good food on other days.

In the hotel you feel good. Price-performance was top. The staff was super nice and was always personal and authentic. The room, overlooking the mountains, was also good. The spa area was nicely decorated and there were always enough towels there. It won't be our last visit.
Highly recommended.

Nice place nice people you eat well. Theme nights organized well. There is a small detail almost no one speaks Italian.

Actually, a nice Hotel.
Unfortunately, no Order or Coordination in the Company, but blessed by Arrogance. No one knows anything from everyone. Dirty Room or bathroom and when you address this, it says "the Hotel is already a little Older" or "it doesn't go Sauber anymore" (At Lime) at Dinner you will be Forgotten and Orders are not made true. There was not even a real Escape coming.
You have to walk to the Room in the Dark and if you know at the Reception, you still have to wait half the evening for Light.
What a pity! Such a beautiful Hotel just not suitable People.

Unfortunately, the customer is rated last here.
It's a great thing to eat and service but to discuss with room service and reception.
Small maintenance work in the room inside and out is not carried out after messages or only slightly.
Real pity.

We were greeted very kindly. The Thaler family and the whole team were always very attentive and turned towards it. This was particularly evident when our 3-year-old son fell ill with a high fever. We got the food in it room and tips and home remedies for the condition. This is despite Christmas and the house being full. Thank you very much for that!
Oh yes — food and room were also great.

A very nice family. There is still a lot to do in some rooms. But in the rough and all very nice. The evening program is varied. Has been there 2 times and always had fun and got fed up.

Super bad food. Sauna and pool were very dirty. Never again.

Feelings of peace and tranquility.

It is an outdated hotel with a few rooms that leave something to be desired in terms of cleanliness especially in the bathroom.
Menu meal of a first broth and a main rather regular, no option to change any of the dishes.
The situation is beautiful in terms of scenery but without leisure in the surroundings.

Nice hotel, very spacious rooms, for a family of four and a dog. Good breakfast, great dinners, and always different, lots of professionalism in all fields.
For us an experience to repeat, apart from a very small initial misunderstanding, on our package, we immediately corrected, from there on a good impression for all our summer vacation.

The deal is not what you could expect, it's a little bit aggressive. The rooms are unwelcoming and old. The only good thing is the situation.

Beautiful hotel in the middle of the Austrian snow. Friendliness and kindness, attention to detail and cleanliness. Too bad they don't speak a word of Italian…

Nice views, but the rooms are really old, TV is 20 years old and the menus are not really good. Really good for old people.

The hotel in itself has come a little in the years, but well in the shot. In my view, however, rather than a 3 star hotel to classify as a 4 star hotel. The food is fine, highlights at breakfast or dinner are missing however. Only conditioned Tyrolean cuisine.

Nice and spacious rooms. An impeccable restaurant with a variety of typical foods. Breakfast buffet with choice of wide. Excellent organization and free shuttle service to reach the Brixental district. The only flaw is the poor fluency of English but nothing unsolvable. And also there is the open bar.

We had four relaxing days here. The room and facilities were clean. The staff from the reception to the cleaning lady consistently friendly.
The dinner is good bourgeois and at breakfast is also everything you need.
Unfortunately, there is a small deduction for the equipment that has come in some years.

Comfortable but some staff unhelpful.

We had a large room in the CAFE. The furniture are older. The TV is very small but good reception. Rooms clean, gesugt was only 1 x in five days. The bed linen had holes. The breakfast was simple and could easily be improved by some more meats and cheeses (with the same flow). There were also only a — strongly diluted — juice. The dinner is good. Umbestellunbg of the menu is in the morning after breakfast. Serving stretches up to 90 minutes. The Spa is too small for the many guests (only 1 sauna for 8 P, 2 steam cabins for 2 P. ) 7 beds in the sauna and 8 in the indoor pool. There are many bus passengers with only an overnight stay. In the evening, there are musical events with Tanzumöglichkeit. The entertainer plays hard and well. The staff is polite and friendly. Too little staff is used for serving in the evening.
