A very special and original castle, with an excellent Team. Can you recommend an unforgettable stay.

Very nice old historical ambience.

Castle feeling pure. Right next to the post bus stop and in winter also ski bus. This year, new shingles were installed on the roof. There is also a great effort to improve something over and over again. You really have the feeling of the owners worried about his castle.

The feeling in the castle is great, very nice rooms and great atmosphere. There is also nothing to complain about when it comes to food. However, the controls could be friendlier.

The rooms are not cleaned every day. When would you like to get a fresh towels you have to ask for them or just put them on the floor. Food is not to bad but also I can't say it is special. Wi-Fi is so low. You can't spent your day in silence because the castle is near the main road… There is also a lot of flys … inside the restaurant, rooms, outside… everywhere.

Can poorly German did not know what a hugo is neither the kellner nor the chef. Coke wheat was ordered and they brought cola light.

A very nice quaint castle and a very good, tasty kitchen. Every detail fits.

We really enjoyed the getaway! The ambience in the castle, chalet and outdoor area was very appealing. Due to the friendly and very accommodating staff, we felt very comfortable. The really excellent food has rounded off the stay.

Of course, you shouldn't expect a state-of-the-art house, but it offers medieval flair. Rooms were clean. Food was good. Staff very friendly and anxious.

It is a pity, from the outside an old Tyrolean castle, which has certainly overcome a lot, one expects a homely tyrolean ambiance, but is disappointed by staff, which speaks only very broken German, works extremely slowly and from the deposition of the dirty dishes so even Nothing holds.

Location is great. It's right next to bus stop for skibus which takes you to the KitzSki area (Fleckalmbahn). The stuff was nice but not all of them speak English. On the other hand one girl was Czech, two other were Slovak so my parents who only speak Czech (and a really bit German) didn't have troubles to understand by themself. There are some parking spots next to the buildings, most of the time all the cars fit somewhere but it's limited. Rooms are a bit small, whenever you have some stuff laying around (ski equipment for example) you can't really move in the room. We were in the wooden house. Each floor have a shared balcony for all the rooms on the floor. There is also common room where you can sit together with people from other rooms. We had breakfast and dinner included and it was really tasty. There was even vegetarian option for dinner. It's a complete dinner with salad bar, soup, main dish and desert. The food on a plate proves the cook knows what he/she is doing. Breakfast is standard central european breakfast with variations of hams, salamis, cheese, boiled eggs, musli, cereals. Other version of eggs can be ordered. The worst part, and for many not that important, is Wi-Fi connectivity. There is Wi-Fi but I was rather using my mobile data. It wasn't just slow but it was also restricted. To save some bandwidth the hotel block streaming and download services including youtube. I understand it but I don't approve it, internet must be open!

This castle hotel is situated at the gates of Fawn buehls with stunning views of the Wilder Kaiser mountain.
Already the check in was very friendly and welcoming.
The rooms, especially the corner rooms are very spacious and offer plenty of room with a view on the Wilder Kaiser.
The breakfast nothing read Miss and also the evening menu was very tasty. We probably felt very and very happy to come back!

If you explore the castle to all the hidden corners, sometimes a grusy shower comes over you.

We enjoyed the holiday in this hotel. This family-run hotel, which has a few older interiors, offers a great price —/Performance for money.
The rooms are cosy, but room service would have to be a little more thorough.
Breakfast, as well as dinner are very rich and recommended and the service staff is very friendly.
You can also use the sauna area and you can use it a lot, with a little renovation backlog here and there.
As a conclusion, the hotel is definitely recommended and due to the price —/performance ratio must be awarded 5 stars.

Very nice, ancient hotel in a small castle. Nice rooms. Owners daughter is always very friendly and helps when needed. Breakfast is top, remind to ask if you want to have eggs — > since it's always made fresh you will not find it at buffet.

A little old-age place with charm, for example, in need of renovation.

Relatively OK. However, quite strong fashion smell in the rooms. Atmosphere is great though! Staff partly somewhat slow and uncooperative but friendly.

Dusty rooms know talavera of old and in devadenza especially microscopic baths. It also fits with food.

Sorry but this places needs some loving care. It really has good potential to be something great. However, needs to be renovated and a thorough cleaning. The staff was very nice and friendly. Im sure they have there work cutout for them I'm sure with complaints about the cleaning. I wish I would say I would stay again but I just can't pay that much for so little.

Nice Location — poor (non-existent) Room Service!

Authentic, traditional, bizarre, interesting. In my view, it is worth the money in any case. There is plenty to discover and the Chateau has a unique charm. I've been like in a Tarantino movie.
The premises of the castle are absolutely unparalleled. There are a variety of lovingly furnished cookies that have a very unique character. The ambiance is around very authentic and exceedingly pleasant.
The breakfast is good and the staff very friendly. However, anyone expecting a piekfeines hotel here is out of place. For me personally, however, the stay was a highlight with lots of fun and beautiful moments.

Beautiful family atmosphere. The style of a castle is thus not too high for the luxury demands. Friendly hotel tour by the owner's daughter. Easy to recommend for n exit into the knighthood.

We were with family here. It was really great, the rooms were QUAINT and very tasty breakfast. Very family friendly and the garden/swimming pool were also nice. Sufficient parking.
The reception was only some "getting". Fit but perfectly :) Very happy again.

Not ideally situated for skiing but a very nice place to stay. Definitely recommended, for the sauna, the breakfast, the bar, the atmosphere.

A perfect and most wonderful hotel that is run by amazing hostess Christina Harisch. The authentic castle, the setting, the cuisine, all absolutely stunning! The favourite hotel of His Highness Prince Mario-Max Schaumburg-Lippe and the Princely Family zu Schaumburg-Lippe, H. H. Prince Waldemar and H. H. Princess Antonia Schaumburg-Lippe recommend it all year round.

~ Family farm — staff ok, but sometimes something strange. Zb. We wanted Saturdays in the sauna and they said that that no longer is turned up, because they close the hotel for a couple of weeks on Sunday. Heating was us even turned off, as well as the hot water in the sauna area.
Negative:
-No hot water in the showers, too small for sauna and relaxation room are in the annexe sauna, steam bath, Spa — rather cold and uncomfortable
-March we felt that the operation had no real desire in the off season.
-Room walls very thin; You can hear his neighbors at each activity. Took us some sleep.
Bottom line: Who not much emphasis on wellness and needs just an accommodation, is right here.
