➜ Clean, fresh air and friendly people! A top place, just Tyrol!
➜ We stayed 8 days in this very nice hotel, we liked everything from the rooms to the catering to the very friendly and helpful staff very much. We felt very comfortable, and will recommend it! Of course we like to come back, it was a great holiday at the Hotel AURACH!

YChecking in went fast and smoothly.
The rooms are fine in size, we had booked a double room with crib, in the room was an extra bed.
We were put in the room with a travel ordinal bed, but this one was very dirty, on the linen cloth there were still skin scales to be found. Our request for a new linen cloth was dismissed as "This is fresh".
Well, then used the linen cloth of the extra bed. With the thick ceilings and the upholstery of the extra bed, I have built a pedestal for the somewhat ailing and hanging mat ratze of the extra bed to ensure my daughter a flat, and richly lying mattress. The extra bed was cleaned by me!
The furniture in the room is ok according to the age and the price, but you can't take a closer look. Above the slatted base lay a large wooden board. Why? No idea.
The cleanliness leaves something to be desired in the room and outdoors, under the bed there was a lot of dust and in the bathroom on the shower wall of the bathtub dirt. Something would have to be renewed here.
Outside: The sand playground is an imposition, the rest, i. E. The table tennis table and the somewhat scorched loungers as well. See pictures.
There is also a small playhouse for children, but this one is so dirty, I don't let my daughter in.
In my opinion, there is also an urgent need for action here.
On the positive side, the kitchen, the food was wonderful, the breakfast as well!
