This organic farm with a modern guest house is located in Tyrol's scenic Kaunertal valley, surrounded by peaks over 3000 metres high. It offers Alpine-style apartments, an infrared cabin and farm-fresh produce. Situated in Feichten on the edge of the forest, you can enjoy panoramic views from the Karlspitze Natur Pur Appartementhaus. All rooms and apartments at the Karlspitze Appartementhaus have an en-suite bathroom and a cable TV. The apartments feature a fully equipped kitchen and a balcony. There is a ski storage room with boot heating on site. Skiing is possible from autumn to early summer on the Gepatschferner glacier. The scenic, winding Kaunertal Glacier Road leads up to the Weißseeferner glacier at 2750 metres above sea level. Ski passes can be bought on site and a discount is possible. As a guest, you enjoy free entrance to the local public indoor pool. The local summer card is already included in the rate. It ensures discounts on entrances and activities.

Kaunertal/Feichten is such a beautiful place. Perfect if you're an outdoors type person. And this little Family run hotel is perfectly located in the centre of the village. Haus Karlspitze is clean and cosy and the host/owner is very helpful, although she doesn't speak much English (which is understandable as this is Austria after all) but we always found a way of communicating perfectly. I have stayed here more than once and for the price it's good.

A super nice holiday destination with great accommodation. The rooms are well-appointed. It is also great that animals are always welcome. Family Mark is very friendly and helpful. Only recommended, therefore full rating stars.
