Lovely place, staff ok, very good service and the hosts make you feel at home!

In March 2017, my husband and I were one night at the hotel. We got a small room that was a little over the years. But with a small view and for us quite sufficient and above all one — it was clean. The breakfast was good. Not like in a 4 star hotel but it was good and tasty! The boss was very kind and very friendly as well as her husband with whom we got into conversation in the evening. If we come again without children to Seefeld, we will gladly come back.

A worse pension. This place is recommended for people who want to save. The rooms are very cold despite heating. The bathrooms look very much as and consumed out. Breakfast is also very manageable. Everything in all you can say you get what you pay for. In this case, not much …

Really good place to stay with lovely rooms and beautiful sight of the mountains.

! WARNING OWNER IS CHOLERIC AND THREATENED GUESTS! We have worked with 6 people and had booked 2 Nights in a single room. As we wanted after the first night on the way back from the Job to the Hotel for a number of other colleagues, spontaneously, a further single room requests, began the incredible theatre. By phone I tried to 23:30 the front Desk. On the phone, the owner went himself. This would not let me come to my request word for it, insulted me loudly what I can think of would be to call Him this time and hung up. At the Hotel the owner was waiting already arrived at the front Desk on us. In a vociferous fit of rage, berated and threatened the owner about 20 minutes at the front Desk. The Whole thing went from insults below the belt line to come up to the threats in the middle of the night in my room… We have initially tried to defend ourselves verbally because we had just tried another registration date. We quickly realized however, that there is no point in his tantrum made to interrupt the Situation with every word of it came to a head. As the culmination of the Hotelier threatened me to come in the middle of the night in my room, and I should then be prepared for anything. We tried to ignore his tantrum easily and went to the room. I drove my colleagues to Insbruck in a Hotel and went with a very bad feeling to sleep. I get around a lot and stay in many Hotels and guest houses but I have never experienced something like this before.

The guy is overwhelmed in this Job of hopeless, because to him, nature has put all of his mental limitations. Now to the room: My bed was only 1.80 m long (room width) this is also much too soft, so they fall out constantly believes… Under the Desk a lot of the old Board of the heating panel… TV reception is only analog in such a bad quality which was the market introduction of the system, in 1968, already better. The Curtains are designed in width so stingy that, when darkening of the window, improper electrical installation will be visible! Here is a broom closet, for single rooms was declared. Two nights as a technician — the room is at least one night too much!

Nice Hotel with pleasant hosts. Good food and located in a beautiful Long right on the lake. Only the rooms are a bit smaller than we are familiar with in Seefeld.

I and my wife we spent 5 days in this beautiful hotel, including dinner ; sorry you had to go away today (unfortunately, in order to resume work), because the hotel deserves to be popular; rooms are clean, soundproofed (you sleep well) ; huge balcony with a beautiful view on the lake of seefeld (which is now beautifully frozen). The centre is near and you make beautiful walks ; the staff is very friendly, starting from the owners, Helke and Pier luigi; atomsfera is very pleasantly retro from the mountain ; the breakfast is good and plentiful and the dinner is very good (prepares the dishes personally Pierluigi). We always come back every month-month and 1/2 to spend weekends really rilassativi.

Great choice of cristallago hotel, I have been going through my winter holidays for two years, great welcome, excellent cuisine, helpful staff and very familiar climate.

So friendly. They would pick us up from roshütte in the night snowy time cause we couldnt find the way.

Were completely satisfied … nice handling.
