Very good food and at all hours.
➜ If you are looking for a hotel where the restaurant has a volume like in Munich Central Station, you should book here. Holidaymakers are repeatedly carers with coaches, which make the restaurant and the entire hotel yours. Entertaining in the restaurant becomes impossible at such a noise level. That is completely insane. You feel from the volume like in the dining room of a youth hostel. This is unworthy of a 4 star hotel. Many guests inhabit the small rooms with dog. In the absence of the owners or meeting with contemporaries in the hotel, these then become slackers that can be heard throughout the hotel. What also stood out negatively were private groups that check in for 2 to 3 days and sometimes have a rather strange understanding of hotel. An example of this would be to stir the salad with your hands at the buffet and then transport it to the plate. Grippers remain unused. Service passes several times and doesn't care a bit. If all this doesn't bother, the hotel is o. K. My summary is, you have a holiday and come home completely finished. There are many hotels in Kaiserwinkel at the same price where it is different and better.

Very well fed today. Great hosts and mega nice staff. Especially the Kathrin very attentive and for everyone to have fun. I can only recommend it. Continue like this. What I love is the playground for children.
