The food in the restaurant is top class. The steak is roasted exactly right and it is eaten on the tongue. Also the dishes are delicious. The service is more than accommodating and very friendly. I can only recommend the restaurant.

A nice hotel, the rooms are extravagant and larger than average, a mega bar with fireplace and stylish accommodation, very good cuisine with a great restaurant. Simple class.

Hotel Zhero is a perfect place to stay, whether you arw staying alone, with your partner or with your family. You have everything you need for skiing to rent in this hotel, so you even don't have to bring your ski equipment with you (except your ski suite). Kappl is a few kilometers away from Ischgl, where you have great variety of ski slopes — from the easiest (for novice skiers and snowboarders or kids) to the black slopes for most advanced skiers. What is interesting is that this ski center is located in Austria and Switzerland. You even have a free shop up there, so you can shop tax free. :)

Very good relaxing spa, but terrible restaurant. Don't have any meal there!

Overall a nice hotel with good food and outstanding lighting concept in all areas. However, there are 2 stars from us as we could not really enjoy our stay due to the numerous influencers on site. In the spa area all the time to film is not at all! Unpleasant if you want to have your peace and privacy here. Even at breakfast we would not have been able to choose any more annoying table neighbors. For this reason, we will only be able to return next year, but this is entirely up to the public.

The overall concept of this very stylish hotel with great service, excellent food and a beautiful spa area are unrivalled. We were four there and are still talking about this stay today. We all travel a lot and have already met many hotels and find the Zhero belongs in the Top league! We will certainly stay there again.

The 5-star Hotel Zhero offers one-of-a-kind meat dishes. Meat lovers from near and far meet here to enjoy. At the gourmet restaurant The Saint, nothing exaggerated disturbs the clear masculine design language. As a guest, you focus on the essentials in this environment. And playing with light seems to override our sense of time, it exists exclusively the here and now.

Great Hotel, friendly Hotel Staff!

In itself a Hotel with a very beautiful Design, but for me personally kept too dark.
Rooms are quite small but good. However, in Some cases impractical. In the Double Room there is only one Side a Reading Light, in the small Bathroom there is still a Stool, which only gets in the Way, otherwise has no Benefit. The Soundproofing towards the Corridors is poor. There is a continuous Balcony, but it does not delineate from the other Rooms. For Privacy, man must keep the Curtains closed as a Precaution. This is a pity for the View of the Mountain Panorama.
The spa area offers two Saunas And a Steam Bath, as it is located in the Basement, there is no View of the Landscape. Also the spa area is kept very dark, reading is not possible in all Places in my opinion. For the Loungers (filled Seat Cushions with Backrest), comfort had to give way to the Design. For some, getting Up here might be more difficult.
Breakfast is good, with a nice but not too sumptuous Selection. The freshly prepared Egg Dishes are very nice. Waffles and Pancakes are also fresh. There is a little still a lack of small Details here, such as Jugs for Milk or small Dustbins for Packaging.
All in all a nice Hotel, which, however, still has a small Way to go to meet the self-imposed Expectations.

Very nice spa area with great La Prairie products and a very nice fire next to the pool.

Fancy Design hotel in Kappl with free shuttle service to Ischgl and the cable cars. Dark & sensual design in the public spaces and rooms. Elegant spa area with large pool, different saunas and steam rooms and well equipped gym. Food in the restaurant was from good quality (incl. Breakfast). Staff overall very nice and professional. The hotel owner, Mr Liebhauser, shows presence, which is always positive. We had the chance to stay in the Presidential suite on the top flor which is huge and offers a huge jacuzzi, a cozy open fireplace and great views of the valley. Have a look on their Facebook/Instagram account to get an idea of the style and their guests, as its definately not everyone's taste. We had a great stay and even though there is some room for improvements of details, we can definitely recommend the hotel.

Went here to eat. Very good steak! Bit pricy, but very friendly and good food. Try the Argentinian steak.

Fantastic place. You pay a lot and you get the comforts you want. Breakfast at 22 euro seems ridiculous, but it is quite delicious as well.

Generally a very nice hotel. We have just returned from our escond stay for one week in this hotel. First time was last year at the same time. Interior and Design are perfect for a winter hotel. Dark and cozy with a very nice spa. Unfortunately Service cannot meet the 5 Star Level they aspire to be at. Very long waiting times for Service especially in the Restaurant of the hotel, spa could need more regular cleaning (removing used towels and cups from visitors that already left the spa, wiping the floor etc. ). The shuttle Service they have is very convenient. Some additional Services were missing that we expect of a hotel in this category e. G. A Selection of pillows for the room. Overall 4 Stars. Design only would be full points but Service is maximum at 3 Stars level. Hoping to return for another year and hopefully by then the staff is better trained.

Perfect service and perfect stay. La Prairie SPA is amazing: pool, relaxing dimly-lit saunas, thorough service with treatments and strong massages. The hotel restaurant is brilliant, attentive staff made my stay seamless.

Great design hotel with personal touch and international atmosphere. Close to the major ski lifts. Check-in process could run smoother and we were billed for breakfast although paid in advance. Otherwise fantastic experience.

Excellent hotel with inspiring Spa and Grill Restaurant: meat sommelier Salvatore apparently well knows! We had a T-bone steak from the local pasture beef…
