Beautifully decorated, stylish hotel with a quiet atmosphere. The service is top notch and very friendly. Particularly noteworthy is the creative cuisine, we have really eaten excellently. Our suite was spacious, but the mattresses a bit uncomfortable, which is subjectively evaluated. A minibar in the room and table on the balcony would be desirable. Swimming pool and spa are very clean and nice. Unfortunately, it is not possible to make yourself comfortable in a sunny place in a deck chair after taking a sauna or swimming.
Our five-year-old son also felt very comfortable! We would love to come back, next time with the whole family!

Just to feel good and over the years, a consistent level of quality and friendliness. The location is perfect, the staff lovely and uncomplicated, everything was super clean, food excellent and a great Wellness area.

Fantastic hotel. Amazing location with skiing right from your door in the winter. The food was sublime and the cheese board was incredible with award winning cheeses all home made we even brought some home with us :). Staff were friendly and very helpful. We will be comming back next year as was nothing to fault this hotel.

Everything, the package is highly recommended. The relaxation begins as soon as you enter the hotel.

Best hotel in Wirl and directly on the ski slope. Super nice staff and hotel management, breakfast buffet very extensive and dinner in the multi-course menu is a dream.

Surely one of the best houses in Austria! … Nr1 … In terms of culinary arik … Kindness Ambiente Service … And entertainment … And this at everything at a moderate price … Absolutely recommended … And I know a lot of hotels! … yours tommy.

Even on arrival unkind staff at the reception. Totally unfriendly conditions in the tenne one dares to order almost nothing and one is penetrating ignored. No minibar in the room. Small safe. In the suite, retractable sofas are sold as a bed. Wi-Fi is very very very bad. No drinks and no glasses in the hotel room. Very less water or a bad water jet comes out of the shower. Prices are abnormal compared to staff who don't even manage to say good guys tomorrow. At the bar you stand alone for minutes until you see staff at all until they manage to get here, however, also passes for a while. Only advantage directly on the slopes but do not justify behavior from the entire house.

Very good restaurant with good food selection and nice service. The ambience on site is also very nice and cosy.

Still water 0, 75 liters to 6 euros! There is no tap water for wine during dinner. Luckily the wine (cheapest) costs "only" 27 euros. But there are plenty of flies for free in the hotel, at the food, while eating, even in the wellness area you can not lie quietly. And at dinner there are different dishes, depending on your booking! Were lucky, there was not only bread undLeitungsWasser (is forbidden in the restaurant). You will not get a meal from the in-house cheese factory.

Have booked half board — breakfast, Cake Buffet in the afternoon, 4 course dinner ink. Salad buffet.
Room "Junior Suite".
Rooms: Big, nice. Bathroom also large, toilet extra. Safe tiny, more than a wallet doesn't go in. No fridge/minibar, no glasses.
Cake Buffet: only cake particles; Coffee must be purchased at exorbitant prices (3.50 euro). You can also take mineral water by 4 euros.
Dinner: 18:30 to 20:00.4 Courses "yes". The salad is not garnish but first course. Then soup (no selection), main course (very good, choice of 2 dishes) and dessert (no selection).
Portions not particularly large, after a "day in the mountains" definitely too little.
For this, drinks can be bought again at blatant prices. "… unfortunately we can not serve tap water… "Is real provikativ. Beer 4, 50 mineral 0, 75 L at 6 euro, coffee 3, 50 of wine prices I do not want to talk…
Breakfast: Buffet, well-stocked. No fried egg or omelet.
There's tap water in the carafe! No fresh fruit juice (only Packerlzeugs) and also no soda. Only filter coffee or tea.
The worst are The Times 8-9:30 (from 9:15 it goes downhill).
So nothing for late risers. And certainly nothing for the hiker (typical tours start at 8 in the village).
Wi-Fi: Unfortunately very skinny, in the room Z. Bnur. Available in the toilet. On the terrace not at all, in the dining room also only selectively.

Fabulous staff — can't do enough for you. Ate in the Pizzeria restaurant most evenings and quality and variety was really good. Straight off the slopes into the lovely bar. Would go again!

Nice location diretly accessible from the ski area. Many different food. We ate pizza, meat, soup and dessert. The fresh food arrived very fast. There is also a big space in the fresh air to eat and drink.

Absolutely splendid hotel. It has an extraordinary view on the valley from the breakfast and dining room. Very good kitchen, both for guests as in the Panorama Tenne.
