Great service, great rooms.

The hotel is simply top!
Was there last weekend with my girlfriend.
We even got a room in the morning. This one was very clean and well furnished.
Bath mordern prepared great and large shower.
Food was also delicious nothing to expose!
And the dark-haired lady at the reception very charming and very friendly.
Overall was a very nice stay.
Thank you very much!

Unfortunately, I cannot give a good rating.
1. Would me charge 11€ more than the price on the homepage. After repeated response and requestafter the boss I got the 11€ back.

The hotel offers breakfast until 9.30. I was at 8.45 in the breakfast room it was the pastry empty, all jam jars empty, no sausage, no more cheese. The fruit was limited and looked old and quirky.
It was filled up at 9.15 unfortunately I was already finished with my food.

The single room I was allowed to move into for 76€ the night was no bigger than a storage room.
My "room" was on the main road and opposite the train station. It was accordingly noisy that you could not open the window at night (and that at these summer temperatures).

I do not recommend the hotel any further and would not spend the night there.

Potato/cucumber salad charged with. 5eur. The Gordon shown in the picture with. 15eur. Priced. So I moss about the food for a 4star restaurant/hotel "ok" but not what I expected. I can't say much about the rest. My colleagues who have been here many times now prefer to move into rooms elsewhere since also not recommended by the customer.

We were there for dinner. The staff is incredibly friendly, the menu extensive (fatal for decision-makers like me), the portions plentiful and the taste solid (would say Basic+ with good quality of ingredients!. ) The terrace is large and very fine, I heard nothing from the nearby, busy road.

This time had a room on the 3rd floor — clean!
Air conditioning only switched on briefly and immediately made off again, as it has stung properly.

If you have problems with street noise, be sure to announce when booking, as the B171 passes directly by the hotel.

Nice and Nice hotel. Cosy Decor. Right Breakfast. It Has a restaurant and bar, children's play area. A 15 minute drive from the centre of Innsbruck. Small Bathroom. Right Attention.

Very good Dinner good Service. Unfortunately small Rooms that are very hot. Directly located directly on the Railway and the Federal Road is therefore very noisy. As wonderful as the Ambience in the Restaurant and Foyer so disappointing the Rooms. However, very clean.

Had a nice dinner here. Goulash was really nice. It was open on the long weekend.

The food is highly recommended! The staff is friendly and very anxious, and the ambience is very Nobel. For a celebration with a large group highly recommended!

I was a night at the Rumer Hof Quarterly. The ladies at the reception were very friendly and explained everything well. The room was very clean and the furnishings quite modern. For dinner I can not say anything that breakfast was at least very good with great selection.

Very nice hotel with lovely décor. The food in the restaurant is very good and the service very friendly and afloat even at a lot of operation.

3, 5 honest stars for a homely restaurant with a simple kitchen — on the fast landing I always go there. In no way outstanding, but in the midst of it always!

They had not made change of towels, nor glasses nor litters and the breakfast very loose.

Very good food no long waiting times and also the price performance ratios fits.

Staff is very friendly. Rooms are clean. Parking available. Kitchen is moderate but not bad.

Best Place to stay: I stayed in this hotel for my business trips and enjoyed the scrumptious breakfast, chef made nice vegetarian dishes on request (with Alpine flavor).

Very far away, in a polygon. Right breakfast. Eye with the key that is not electronic and if you lose you pay 120 euros.

Beautiful hotel, great stay here. There was no air-conditioning in our room, but I'm sure 90% of the year that is not a problem! Unfortunately we were short on food in the morning due to another large group that got to the breakfast before us. Other than that, it was wonderful with some great views.

Newly renovated hotel 5 km (~10 min) from Innsbruck city center. Nice people, parking in front of the hotel (which can be a problem in the city center), good rooms and extensive breakfast. The only negative aspect is maybe the street in front of the hotel. Great price for that.

Great value for money on New Year.

On the outskirts of the city and the carpets quite dirty. I didn't like it. Not I'll be back.

Clean Rooms. Food excellent. Free Wi-Fi. Very nice staff. There is nothing missing. Always gladly again. Compliment.

Was 4 nights (Mon-Fri) in room 362, and therefore not recommended in summer due to the sides of the street noise including high speed trains (no air in it — thus window open). Wi-Fi, breakfast, dinner, and staff is OK!

Only recommend this hotel if you need to stay in the Rum area. It is clean and well run but not for a stay in Innsbruck where there are other options.

We ate dinner and the food is great. Breakfast sucks. I don't know if its was because Cosmos didn't pay them well for the breakfast. No internet service. Two stars because of this.

Portions for the price that is way too small! Unfortunately, this is not done by staff, because this is very unfriendly! Not to be recommended for me.

Stayed one night at the hotel. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was very clean. The reception staff is very friendly. Breakfast the next morning was ok but nothing special.

Price / performance is not true. Long wait. Small portions. Salad was not fresh.

Best chips far and wide. Only recommended. Also the service perfect. Especially DFDNNS.
