Everything excellent except the LIFELINE— Wi-Fi.

Very nice people and a great location.

Great location. Friendly staff. Air Conditioning barely functioned and our window didn't open, so we didn't sleep well. I'd stay here in fall or winter, but skip it in summer.

This is a great hotel situated on the shore of Inn river, in an old house built in the 15th century and decorated in chivalric-modern style. It is a perfect place to start exploring the old city nearby.

Good location very nice restaurant and staff very helpful.

We only stayed here for two nights, our rooms were very clean and comfortable. The hotel front desk staff were very helpful. In the evening we used the hotel bar it was very comfortable and welcoming. The only thing that I was slightly disappointed with was the breakfast, we came down and had to ask several times for trays to be filled again, the staff did not seem bothered and I felt they were not helpful. All of this aside we had a very happy stay here.

Good location, friendly staff, but our room (25) was a disaster from the view, the standard does not meet 4 stars (max. 3) and the décor is quite old. Since we were hardly in the room, it was to be accepted. Wouldn't recommend it to others, though.

It was a stay of only one night as I was passing, but the comfort of the room is very good and attention from staff excellent.

Very good and chic hotel. Breakfast is a little sparse but you will find everything. The rooms are a bit stuffy and heat up extremely overnight. Sorry, I couldn't sleep well. But on the whole we were satisfied. Very nice staff.

One of the best hotels we've ever stayed in. It was so quiet that we thought we were the only ones there. The room was very spacious and comfortable and had a great view. The hotel is in a perfect location, just across the river from the old city. The staff were great, very friendly and helpful. Will DEFINITELY be back.

A gorgeous hotel in a perfect location. The room was very comfortable and the breakfast varied and tasty. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. The reception recommended a fabulous restaurant for our evening meal. Unfortunately I left behind a jacket and messaged the hotel. They were so helpful and proceeded to post the item onto our next hotel. Their kindness was much appreciated.

We had a very spacious room for a family of 4 with a lovely view of Innsbruck across the river. The staff were very friendly. There's a cosy bar/ pub on the ground floor.

We were on the Christmas markets the room was quiet (the window looked out onto the courtyard), the bathroom had a nice big tub to replenish from the pungent cold.
Only drawback: The bathroom was divided into two, on one side the bathtub and the sink, on the other the toilet. Once the toilet door was left open and the outside door wouldn't open from outside. Thankfully passing by over the door we were able to get into the room. Breakfast varied and abundant with choice of teas, herbal tea, juices, fresh fruit, various types of bread and delicious brioche. Coffee, cappuccino, chocolate etc. Are provided by a machine parking is a fee and is a few minutes of the hotel. (100 metres)
To unload the luggage you use the parking area of the Schwarzer bar (30 meters from the hotel)

Great location in the heart of Innsbruck close to the shops restaurants. Friendly staff, good breakfast. Comfortable beds and very clean.

Amazing Hotel! Great views and close walking distance to food, markets and shopping! Definitely recommend staying here! Staff was great and rooms were accommodating! We are a family of 5 with a toddler. Parking is under the market area. Aldstatpark. Awesome time here in Austria.

The hotel has great views of the river, Old Town Innsbruck, and the surrounding mountains. Compared to everywhere else we staying in Central Europe, the rooms were fairly large. The front desk staff were extremely friendly, and had no trouble switching to English once my German broke down. The free breakfast was delicious. Would absolutely stay here again.

Hotel Mondschein was the highlight of our stay. The location is perfect with a stunning view over the Inn River, great breakfast and super friendly and helpful staff. Value for money for the family room sleeping 4 was outstanding.

Rooms are a little small, toilet and sink are in different rooms. But overall very nice, clean, and comfortable. I would stay here again.

Very comfortable rooms, extremely helpful and pleasant staff & a very convenient location; just cross the bridge on the river Inn and you will be in the Old Town where there is all the hustle and bustle.

Good, warm & cozy rooms. Old building, new bathrooms & toilets. Nicely work. View overlooks the flowing river coming right across the mountains. You can sight the old town with its breath taking view of old church and town roads… Click poster perfect pictures effortlessly… Can't get better than this.

I loved staying at the Mondschein. It is well-placed on the right bank of the river Inn, a bridge away from the "altstadt" (old city) and very quiet. The bedlinen is beautiful white cotton. The bathroom is a delight and has the most fragrant soap/shampoo of the highest quality. The staff are all friendly and helpful. The breakfast was a scrumptious one, English and Continental, with a huge variety of cheeses and bread and fruit — a feast! And coffee to live for! I highly recommend the Hotel Mondschein in Innsbruck.

I was only there for twelve hours, but the service was excellent. They prepared an early breakfast before my 6 am train, were able to arrange a cab at very short notice, and we're incredibly polite. Great restaurant recommendations too. The room was very nice too. No view on ours, but the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was very sleek and modern. Would gladly stay again, excellent value.

Great location and good service.

Central Hotel, park your car and forget it. It overlooks the inn and is a 5-minute walk from the golden roof. The rooms are clean and comfortable, would only the quality of the pillows. The staff are very friendly, some speak Italian. Very good breakfast, missing the restaurant, however there are many nearby. At night we sleep very well, in 4 years we go we have never been disturbed by noises. If you book directly through the hotel parking is included in the price, through booking or other sites you pay.

This is the loveliest hotel we have stayed in. The staff are so welcoming and helpful. If you can't eat gluten or dairy, then you will be pleased to know you will be able to eat plenty at breakfast. We were helped with finding our way about Innsbruck with tours and maps and the staff couldn't do enough for us. The room was plenty big enough for 2 and it was very quiet. I liked that the toilet was separate from the bathroom. We were overlooking the river and had a wonderful view of the mountains. The hotel is only a short walk of 2 — 3 minutes (if that) to the Old Town which is beautiful. I would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

Room is barely big enough to fit the bed. Air con is a joke and barely works. Too loud to keep the window open. Fridge doesn't work either. Starry sky — room isn't dark enough to see it even with blinds pulled (there is nothing to secure them). Bathroom is tiny and awkward. Very stingy with the towels. Very disappointed. Pics made this place look old and darling. It's just old and charmless. Just across the river from "town" is the best I can say. And breakfast is Ok.

We were extremely satisfied, felt very comfortable, the room, the Breakfast, the Bar, everything gets from us the best grade! The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, we would definitely be back, very happy to stay here.

Very good location, few minutes walk from the old town away, very friendly staff, nice and clean room, very cosy bar and a furnished rustically and nice breakfast restaurant! Since we had to leave at 5 o'clock in the morning it has provided even a "packed lunch" us upon check-out.

The rooms are very clean but very small. Breakfast is poor and the bread is not fresh. The hotel is frequented by school children who cannot rest or sleep because the rooms are not soundproof. Also there is internet connection even though the website is guaranteed.
