The room provided was not of the same quality as the offered in booking. With views to the parking lot and the highway wall. When I commented it to the personal, they gave me no explanation or compensation. Absolutely inaceptable.

This year (2018) was again repeat offender and spent a few nights in the hotel and in the restaurant. It just fits everything here. I like the cosiness, the menu, the beer and the people here.
If I think quickly, then I was here now about 34th time! Thank you, Bierwirt!

If you are Italian do not dine at the restaurant rude staff who do not undertake to understand you unless you speak English or German the menu and in three languages including Italian and also indicating with your finger what you want to eat do not understand you or do not want to understand you.

Very nice hotel, modern rooms and at the same time of period. Rocomiendo to 100%. I was in February and out to a cold that could not be described.

The hotel is located in the village of Amras, but Innsbruck city centre is easily accessible. The rooms are comfortable and the breakfast buffet is rich. The restaurant is decorated in a sophisticated Tyrolean style. In addition to the standards, the map also offers many Tyrolean delicacies. The dishes are presented very attractively and taste excellent. Reservations are highly recommended.

Very friendly staff, reasonable prices, authentic Austrian food, à la carte is a tad limited.

They serve one of the best wiener schnitzels I had to date. I also enjoyed their beef broth.

The food is tasty and the portions are of good size, especially since we gnaw all Yes on the hunger cloth. So you can enjoy the 'greeting from of the kitchen'-a Starter, main course and Dessert. The Fullness is pleasant in the belly. The quality is dome-worthy. The service staff knew at ALL what you have to drink carefully, and brought timely replenishment. But 5 star it is not for me, therefore "only" 4.

I was just there for lunch. The waitresses were extremely friendly and humorous. The menu offers a good selection. The food came fast and was excellent.

Extremely rude owner. Be prepared for a NO to most of your request. Staff is friendly and breakfast is good.

Quiet location, very polite and non intrusive waiters, were to 10t there for dinner and there was no one's criticism. Only negative point that directly after the entrance is the Smokingbar, through which you have to go through every time.

Modern, renovated room in the main building, furnishing on the newest level, bathroom really nice, including rain shower. Super! Restaurant was very well attended, almost overflowing — but was also owed to the date (Martins Day). Food good, albeit not very inexpensive. Will be happy to come back at the next business Innsbruck appointment!

We were already leg Bierwirt in Innsbruck last year and again this year it was beautiful again. Very dear and cordial people who are anxious to fulfill your every wish. Warmest to recommend.

A fairytale hotel, ideal for romantic departure. It's cold outside in the winter.

Everything was great, the room, the service and the food. They serve a very good märzen beer, brewed locally.

It is located next to a a castle where you can walk to in about 5 minutes, the food is excellent and the homemade beer is exquisite. The rooms are also of great quality.

Huge awesome rooms with wooden walls and floor. Great beautiful restaurant. Really gives an authentic feeling. For this quality, not expensive at all.

A really nice and family hotel, where I have stayed more often. I just feel comfortable there. Whether the rooms or the sauna area, the friendly staff — everything really suits you. In addition, a very tasty breakfast in the morning and in fine weather also outside. I enjoyed that this morning.

Authentic atmosphere and excellent service! Definitely worth a visit even to only look at the interior. But make sure you have a desert here. Mind was blown!

Eating here nice. We enjoyed the restaurant. Extremely good staff. I couldn't even finish my drink completely then the lady already asked if I would like have another drink. Great. Our dinner went out to be tasty and fresh. Good kitchen. The restaurant does have a weird layout. Nice traditional Austrian decoration inside. Comfortable getting inside. While you're here just give it a try.

Very nice hotel very good staff… X not to mention the restaurant 18 euros of bread and 5 euros x a bottle of water I really seems a steal.

Really, really good. Quality of the raw materials, tasty and well presented dishes make this place a wonderful gastronomic experience in Innsbruck. I conclude with a mention for the excellent hospitality of the room staff and for the honest prices!

We just stopped for dinner. Very quaint local and good quality Austrian cuisine.

Stayed one night, excellent. Best hotel sauna ever outside Finland (60 deg + "true" 90 deg + steam, they even have an ice machine)
