No kind of accommodation regarding the refund of a voucher that cannot be redeemed for personal reasons. Very sarcastic and overbearing communication with the client.

Absolutely recommended. Very clean. Very friendly staff. Top tour guides. We're going back next year.

Why 1 ⭐ less Wi-Fi was quite bad or not at all and we personally lacked a sauna to relax the muscles.

A super fast location, but very expensive for families and also the prices in the restaurant are very upscale, currywurst with fries costs 13 euros etc, non-alcoholic beer so around 5 euros ; if you want to go to the Watergates still in the high wire ropes everything costs extra again,

If you want to have the incredible action kick, this is the right place for you. From the house Keeping to the management, all people are completely friendly. The absolute madness, from A to Z.
Completely good organization, absolute top team in terms of extreme athletes, who carry you out 100% safe on your trip. Young dynamic absolute class. Five out of five stars.
Won't be our last visit because it was just incredibly cool and awesome.

Great concept.
We visited Area 47 in the summer of 2020. We had booked a package with three activities. High ropes course, rafting, motocross.
The activities themselves were very funny and the accompanying guides very competent in terms of fun and above all safety.
The room (double room +) is very minimalist and the furniture is made of pure natural wood (big plus point). The room itself is surrounded by nature.
The staff is basically very friendly.
But:
The organization leaves a lot to be desired.
Example: Mountain bikes can unfortunately only be rented until 5 p. M. I personally find stupid.
Most of the activities end at 5 p. M. And after that you have virtually nothing to experience. Thought we could go to the highly praised steakhouse, but unfortunately it had closed in the middle of the summer season. D. H we didn't have dinner, so we had to go to Innsbruck for dinner (we actually wanted to avoid driving on holiday).
The rooms are very far away, so every time we wanted to go back, we had a 10 minute walk in front of us, which is basically no problem but not so funny on the day of arrival, there is a shuttle but you had to wait 20 minutes for that. The shuttle driver didn't even know where our room was. Wouldn't it be bad if a shuttle driver knows where the individual room categories are located… and are familiar with the terrain.
Conclusion: you should not travel with a false expectation, or expect a "wellness holiday".

A great team and a mega facility. Thank you for the fun we had.

Conclusion:
The activities are good (all around, however, there are also good suppliers for a cheaper price e. B. Wasser°c°raft Rafting-Ötztal) we would never sleep here again.
Positive:
— Friendly staff at the activities
— Activities ourselves (we had booked canyoning and rafting)
Negative:
— Rooms spaftan furnished and very expensive for what you get (nearby there are significantly better hotel offers)
— Double room Plus with noise from the adjacent rail traffic, plus 10min walk away from the WaterArea
— Breakfast rather mass-produced and standard
We wanted to sleep here for two nights and had booked by phone. We were not told that the Double Rooms Plus are very far away from the WaterArea. The rooms are very spartan and offer little comfort. Train noise even at night.
We were looking forward to the touted breakfast, which is more like a 2 star hotel.
So we didn't want to stay one more after one night, because overall it doesn't match what we expected. Here, unfortunately, hardly any goodwill. With strange excuses and hardly any empathy. In the end, we will have to pay 80% for the second night. We still do departures, it just doesn't feel right.
The activities are great and the staff put a lot of effort into it!

We had a one-week stay of a special kind and felt very well taken care of throughout. The facility offers something for everyone: action in the water and on the wakeboard, very good and vegetarian-vegan-friendly food with a view of the water park, great walks with and without a dog directly in the surroundings and quiet corners at the Inn. From the balcony you had a great view of the river and the mountains. Especially thank you to Nadja for the care! We'll be back! :-)

Honestly, totally disappointed for the many money.
The canyoning tour for beginners was absolutely the downfall.
The main thing is to finish quickly.
One was told only the most necessary thing, nor was it looked at one at all.
When you had the choice between jumping and abseiling, and you had said
, you would like to be roped off, one was fixed, and allowed yourself a fun, and shortly afterwards removed the rope, so that one has fallen unprepared, but has fallen into the water.
What I personally did not find funny at all, that when you book beginners, it also means that you are a beginner. Is I already aware that as a guide you find that boring, because you do it often enough, but then you should not lead a beginner group. In addition, you got a strange flow cloth for the bus, which you had to put on as a mask, then had to put in your suit, and the same wet thing, had to put on again. Which was totally disgusting, and in times like Corona, certainly does not have to be that you don't get a 2nd new rag, which certainly didn't even cost 0, 05€.
After the tour, you had to get your suit, your shoes etc. Very quickly even in a cold water with, no idea what was in there, washing.
I can't imagine a second of laundry, cleaning up the suits, which attract an abnormal number of people, which is probably why they smelled so awful. In addition, the guide says next to one, to the other guide: They should all make faster, you want to go home. As a guest, you feel right in her hands.

Simply only super. Adrenaline from the beginning to the end.

It was a awesome experience. I just love it there. Amazing people and experiences guides. I will definitely be coming back.

Very versatile. Even more interesting for young people. But had mega fun and the adrenaline didn't go too far!

Overall the staff of AREA 47 are very friendly and very caring; especially, those who service at both restaurants and the foods are excellent. All staff of AREA 47 are speaking very good English. It helps us a lot as tourists. The Wakeboard and River Rafting are what we enjoyed the most. Also, those 3 instructors at the Rafting are very professional and providing all of us an excellent service and great assistance.
