Great food, spacious rooms and everything very clean, friendly staff, goosebumps nature! Simply: TOP!

Family holiday in East Tyrol with childcare if the little ones prefer not to hike with… here everything is really worth its money. The Alpenhof has a nice sauna area the food is very good. There's just no really bad stuff. The in-house hiking guide is also great… If there's really something not so good to tell, maybe our room seemed a bit old-fashioned, but that's moaning at a high level. Clear travel advice.

It's the fourth year we're back. Also this year really a nice holiday, great stay. I particularly thank the animator Rossella, our little girls love her, and the waiter Mr. Paul for their kindness and helpfulness.

Very well managed hotel. All staff are very friendly and care for the guest. The food is simply great and culinary at a high level. We feel very comfortable as a family and come back.

Beautiful Hotel in the Middle of Beautiful Nature. Crystal Clear Water absolutely pure Air in total tranquility. Dreamlike for Hiking and slowing down.

Very nice service and good food. Rooms are perfectly fine and due to the all inclusive package all costs are well manageable.

Fantastic food, nice and big rooms, only the windows should be renewed as they radiate a lot of cold. Great masseur in the house who is better acquainted with the human body than many orthodontist. A hotel to feel good.

It's hard to understand why you pay so little. Unfriendly and ungeschuldes staff not even proficient in German, let alone speak English. The reception is relatively heartless the lady worked on me very confused and overwhelmed. The bartender seems to have no motivation for a friendly service and the drinks are waiting up to 30min. The all-inclusive hotel serves food of poor quality. The food and staff at Spaaren but offering all-inclusive does not make any sense. Pity, because the nature and the ski resort St. Jakob is fantastic.

The location of the hotel is great. A very nice area.
However, the hotel itself is not recommended.
-very unfriendly staff-not recommended at all for families with children, as it seems that the children are not willing-nursery is a joke, if there are five children playing then it is already full-swimming pool is always empty, as the water is freezing cold, d. A you can bathe right in the snow-our son became sick immediately after once bathing, until we got honey for his neck, we can still listen to something, just outrageous, I can't say more about it-never again this hotel.

Staff nice and helpful beds comfortable was fully satisfied with everything.

The holiday there was great. Have really recovered us. The food was great and plentiful. The staff was very nice.

Excellent impression, at the height of the chain of which it belongs. In good part renovated in recent times, it seems suitable for pleasant holidays even with any children.

Great getaway (4 NAI hotel voucher) in June 2012, great good is a Spa Hotel, friendly staff, super food for my partner (vegetarian)! Nice room with a balcony. My absolute recommendation.
