Very friendly staff, clean rooms or facilities and very good food. The facility was very well maintained, incl. Pool, gym and children's area in the basement.

Very nice, clean rooms, great location. Attentive, courteous and friendly staff. Good cuisine, good menu selection. The breakfast buffet and in the evening the salad buffet are always promptly replenished and prepared.

The hotel is very nice. All are warmly friendly and it is very familiar. We feel very comfortable here.

Very nice friendly service, unfortunately no outdoor playground.
The inside game area is unfortunately extremely sparsely equipped, with only 200€ the hotel could remedy this. Conclusion, only partially suitable for families.

All top top, except for one very important "thing … " The ESSEN! Breakfast is really great, it's all drinks free and there are baked goods as well as cold cuts and yoghurt/cereal without end … But THANK YOU the crass opposite — — — the dinner … There are 2 variants of each 3 daily changing menus, variant 1 small and V. 2 large … However, this "large" variant is already so small that I consider the small variant to be superfluous … Furthermore, for me the dishes have been absolutely not 4 stars worthy, too hard potatoes, soup without taste, nuggets with bones inside, etc … Unfortunately, I have to say that I am more than disappointed with the dinner. I never got fed up, despite 3 courses … Even the desserts were partly deficient and inadequately marked in the menu (stood on it without eggnog, was served with eggnog), etc … The drinks that were still free for breakfast are now subject to dinner (e. G. (ski) Schiwasser/Soda etc …) so now for the positive, the rooms are very clean even if the décor also seems a bit "old baked, " the beds super comfortable and the View from the balcony of the hammer!
Every TV has SKY on board for free!
The bathrooms have been remade and are very modern and clean!
The staff is nice and also otherwise the outdoor facility just like the pool in the basement are very clean and beautifully made.
Parking spaces are actually sufficient, except for one time I have always been able to find one.

The hotel is nice and clean. However, the food is never a 4-star level! Far too simple, uncreative and lovellive-prepared, sometimes bad in taste! The service is sometimes not good due to linguistic problems! Also advertised with happy hour and cake voucher, which then have a "hook, " you feel a little deceived!

No way to exchange in French. A part of the staff hardly speaks German. The breakfast is amazing. The evening meal varies depending on the day. This goes from very good to very average but there is always a salad buffet and a good soup. The rooms are large and well soundproofed. Very good bedding too. The large swimming pool and the wellness area are very popular. You can ski back to the hotel if the snow is good but there is also a shuttle from the hotel that takes you and looks for you at the bottom of the slopes at certain hours. And this is very very nice…

Hotel is the pure catastrophe. The food is at fast food level.
Service staff hardly speaks German and is unfriendly.
The only positive surprise was the shuttle bus to the lift station.
Quality standards not available — far away from a 4stars hotel.

We have become aware of this hotel by friends and have already spent our holiday there twice! A great hotel with an invariably friendly, courteous staff and a great hotel management! A hotel to feel good all around! We are looking forward to our next holiday today!

We booked this hotel because of the good reviews but does’nt deserve them, it’s a pitty for the animals and the products they use for their food… Clean rooms and facilities tho.

Comfortable, clean, good service, highly recommended and close to the slopes (they have a vehicle that takes you).

The hotel is centrally located in the centre of Kirchberg about 7 km from the famous Kitzbühel ski resort.
The check in was friendly and very competent.
The room was very spacious, bright and very tastefully decorated.
Breakfast offered a wide range of cold and hot dishes.
The spa area was very pleasant to us. The hotel offers a shuttle service to the cable car which is very convenient and comfortable.
We enjoyed the time very much and can highly recommend this hotel.

Nice room! Helpful Chef! The lake in sight! Five minutes away is the ski rental and e-bike rental service offered by the hotel guests!

As a sports enthusiast person, I wanted to go mountain biking in the holiday ever. In July 2009 it was ready. For a few days it has beat me Sun in Tyrol in the hotel.
The hotel is beautifully situated, which are in close proximity to Kitzbühel Alps. Here, you can make great mountain bike tours.
But the hotel itself is worth a visit. Nice bright rooms, friendly staff and good food, to a wellness — and sauna area — so it can live.
I can recommend Sun Hotel all who want to make holidays even with the mountain bike.
