Very cozy hotel, with friendly staff!

Nice hotel, very friendly staff, good service, very good food.

Good location, clean big rooms, nice sauna and friendly service in the dining room. Afterski outside bar terrasse with a nice view.

A very good Hotel where you can eat very well and with friendly service.

Franz and Josi are superb hosts — and all their staff have the same ethos of welcoming the hotel guests. We have really enjoyed staying for a week in this fabulous family owned hotel. Spacious room, immaculately clean, excellent bathroom and shower, great food in the restaurant (half board). Easy access to the ski slopes (bus stops nearby) and would no doubt be an excellent base for summer hiking. Would return in a heart beat.

I can say little about the Hotel, but the Restaurant is Lace. Great local Food, Tyrolean Specialties, Charmingly served. Appetizers as well as the Main Dishes very tasty. The Dessert is delicious and appetizingly prepared. A MUST that Eatery visited When you're in Kirchberg. Tomorrow we'll be back.

Located close to a square with a nice pavilion where there often are concerts etc. The rooms are pretty basic, but nicely functional.

Quality was ok, size very small, not too friendly stuff, pricing would be ok, if the size would be normal. Finally ok.

Comfortable accomodation in Kirchberg, great breakfast to set you up for a day in the mountains. Excellent staff. My room was quiet but friends were disturbed by noise from the street, bars emptying late at night.

Food in the Restaurant has the quality of a fast food. Potatoes and dumplings are too soft, the meat to tough. Operation will only be finished quickly.

Great place with great food and a very friendly sercice staff. Menu is easy to read in multipule languages, they are kid friendly and have multipule dining rooms so you can have a romantic dinner with out kids. Probably the best food I have had in a long time.

Very nice Hotel in the city centre. The room is large and from the balcony, panoramic mountain view. Good and rich Breakfast. Staff very friendly and attentive.

We were just at dinner there! 4 persons — 1 opinion! So bad we have not eaten the last 10 years! 2 were ordered * goulash with Spätzle. The dumplings were inedible. Had a taste of which was difficult to comprehend. But detergent was probably! On our Besachwerde that it sees fit, 1 * goulash free, since it was also lt. Cook not to eat! We paid then the 2nd after a discussion! The other food was 2 * steak with side dishes. The vegetable was cold and tastes the same. We paid and went to drink a shot, as were a little afraid, because the night.
