Unfortunately, we caught bad weather. Nevertheless, we felt comfortable all around due to the pleasant service and almost forgot the bad weather. A request for change was immediately implemented. Great thanks.
The rooms are very bright, clean and well maintained and the food was simply excellent.
We had nice relaxing days … and look forward to a next time… Thank you to the whole team.

You feel warmly welcome and homely. Very clean and cozy.
My husband, who often has to work in Tyrol, is always warmly received and feels almost at home. The stay will be made as pleasant as possible for him. I would like to say a very big thank you for that.
Breakfast is plentiful and dinner tastes excellent.

Our family (parents and 3 kids) stayed here in July 2018 for 5 nights. I am traveling a lot, both with family and for business, and have seen many different hotels. Overall, in Sonnhof it was my best experience by now. Maybe it's not a 5 star hotel but everything was right here — very nice family running this hotel (thank you Biba and Andreas), very clean and comfortable rooms, excellent food (really superb, like in high-end restaurants), great pool, bowling, nice view from the window, very good (close to everything in Tirol) and quiet location. I am definitely recommend this hotel.

Dinner was good (they reduced somewhat the menu card diversity), they had even live music, I guess it's ideal for the somewhat older generations.

Useful stop over on route to Villach. Excellent staff and friendly service. Good value for money.

Super nice, caring and child-friendly with no End. We had HP and were more than happy with the 4-Courses. The Innkeepers are very understanding and committed. You shouldn't necessarily expect modern Rooms. The Setup is not the latest but for us it was sufficient. We had a very relaxing Holiday. Happy again.

Friendly hotel, good location. Super half board, better than in much expensive hotels. Sauna, swimming pool and max. 10 to 15 min. M't the car to the slopes. Nothing is a problem for the boss.

Friendly owner family and staff. Incredible entertainment Saturday night. Amazing food. Best breakfast selection ever experienced whatever star rating. Recommended.

Spontaneously stopped and get a spacious room for 1 night. Food and breakfast was good. The room is spacious. Friendly staff. Tip for parents behind the house up the mountain… super view with a playground.

On our bike tour from Maloja Pass to Bad Endorf was our last overnight stay at the Sonnhof in Rattenberg. Although we had not booked and could only stay one night, we were very kindly welcomed by the owner our bikes came into a locked garage and we cyclists not only got a very nice room quiet with mountain views but a big beer to Welcome. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Dinner in a very good price performance ratio. The breakfast buffet with homemade cakes left no wishes. The farewell was also very nice. We will definitely come again because the old town of Rattenberg is always beautiful to look at.

Excellent restaurant — Really love their local dishes, cheese soup is one of our favorites. Very large selection of beers for the area, large portions that are very affordable. Best schnapps ever. And always attentive service.

5 days. With the family in early September. Very Nice manager Andreas, who made us overcome the difficulties related to the language. 4 Comfortable, spacious family Room. Very quiet and restful Location, with possibility of beautiful excursions of all kinds nearby. Eaten Well, especially The meat dishes, well processed and tasty.

One night passing through, but we were fine.

Like at home, everything is fine.
