Thank you for the top service around our small wedding and the very friendly and attentive staff! Greetings from Vorarlberg.

We were from the 15th of 6th. In the hotel and had booked a room " Beridyll " with parquet. The staff is so friendly and helpful, the whole hotel clean and just cozy, the food also very tasty, the sauna area very well maintained and clean, the price absolutely harmonious. The location is also great — for us as a travelling class. Unfortunately, not all gondolas were on, but the hotel can do nothing for it. We will definitely be back again. Thank you.

A year ago we were in the hotel for the first time with friends. Beautiful rooms. Great wellness area. Half board is also great. Several courses in the evening. Delicious. Next weekend we will be back. We are looking forward to it. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Perfect stay in skiing paradise! :) Beautiful wellness, comfortable accomodation, unique atmosphere, friendly staff and absolutly amazing place. Perfect snow condition and neverending empty wide slopes… we love it here and we will come again!

Friendly staff. Beautiful large rooms with balcony. Wide selection at the breakfast buffet. Varied selection at the 4 course menu. Parking in front of the hotel and in the underground car park.

Beautiful mountain hotel with great service and very friendly staff. The rooms are run to an upscale standard and are very clean. In the underground car park, the car is safe and weather-free. The kitchen is excellent and the wellness area with various saunas as well as a large pool with counter-current system. All highly recommended.

About 20 Fly Corpses in The Sauna Area after 2 Days still not cleaned.
Bad reference To New and Old Sauna.
Drinks Vending machine in the Sauna Area is now also not repaired at The request.
Lt. Information of the Reception, no Order of flowers possible for Her birthday, since she does not want to drive 1 std earlier and the Delivery through the Store would probably be expensive.

Very friendly staff, high standard of rooms, beautiful location with swimming pool, sauna & steam room. Caters for vegetarians with limited options. 5 mins walk to town centre & 10 mins walk to spar supermarket. You can get the free ski bus from outside the hotel to the gondola at weidersberghorn bahn.

Hotel has not earned the 4 stars.! … Food does not taste… Same cake every day. Swimming pool tiny… Staff not trained…

Nice rooms with a bath and a sauna. Delicious 4 course dinner with choice between the food.
Lots of parking spaces and also an underground garage for which one has to pay, however.
There is a bus that runs directly from the hotel to the valley station in the morning 2 times and every 20 minutes a bus leaves from the valley station to the Alphof.
All in all a great hotel.

Fantastic traditional Tyrolean hospitality, staying in new extension where the rooms are commodious and comfortable with superb mountain views.

Nice hotel. Rooms are clean, cozy and modern. Unfortunately, you can get lost in this winding hotel, especially if you have a room in the new building, the way to the reception and the restaurant can be quite long and complicated from the new building. The wellness area is old and no longer up to date. The pool was used by many children. Unfortunately, there is also no really quiet rest area.
The food was quite good and the service — staff very friendly and accommodating. Only the ladies at the front desk seemed to be quite overwhelmed. The parking lot is very limited.

Very friendly staff, decent interiors and very, very good food. In the evening the waiters were always a bit overwhelmed and sometimes it took longer, but everything could be done. Can definitely recommend to anyone!

In the meantime, we have been spending our skiing holidays with our grandchildren for the 8th time in the Alphof. The staff is very nice and accommodating. The food is at a very high level. The rooms are large enough, clean and well maintained. The spa area is also kept very clean. You feel good here!
The hotel is very family friendly. This also confirms that the same families are being met over the years. The boss is always present and takes the time for a personal conversation with his guests. Also Mr. Hubert at the bar is very nice.
Conclusion: A top hotel for a successful relaxing holiday as a family, a couple or a single person.

Wonderful hotel with great staff. Always very friendly and helpful, nothing is to much trouble. Specal thanks to Marie for organising a surprise bouquet for my wife and Hubert and Naomi for always making our little girl smile. The food is good with plenty to eat and you wont need much lunch after the everlasting buffet breakfast :) Just one thing would make it perfect especially when trying to get young children to skischule. Get the hotel it's own minibus service pretty please thank you x.

Awful internet and uncomforable schedule of buses, also ski room has 100 boot places but the amount of guests in hotel is nearly 150. Is it normal? Do not go to that hotel if you want to have not stress holidays.

Was at a fair there, therefore arguably higher prices. Rooms were clean, breakfast average. Price/performance was too expensive.

Nice clean rooms, friendly staff and delicious food. Swimming Pool A little small but I. O. 2. Saunas and a steam bath also available. In summer the ideal starting point for hikes (see photo). Alpbach is a small but fine village. Spar supermarket available in the village.

Great hotel, very friendly staff. Food was very good, especially the complimentary baking in the afternoon after a hard day skiing. The bar could be a little smoky as smoking is still permitted there indoors, but it wasn't a problem. The room we had was in the new wing, and was excellent, spacious and comfortable.
The serving staff didn't have the best English, but easily enough to get their points across, and far better than my Austrian or German. The location is a little bit out of the centre of Alpbach, uphill, but not too bad. The Ski bus starts it's daily pickup outside the hotel, so always space to get on. A beautiful location and one I'd happily return to.

Staff were very friend insofar. Room very comfortable and clean. Large selection in menu choice. I have felt very comfortable would like, spend my next vacation in this lovely friendly hotel.
