The basement was incredibly rude and cheeky.

Not nice staff. Orbiting waiter.

The waiter who served was extremely impolite after a complain about the served coffee. He was rude, and shouting back, throwing the invoice on the table saying that the two coffee is deducted. This situation could have sorted with a sorry, instead of this the a waiter treated us as garbage. We asked the guest book and they refused to give it to us.

Wonderful place! Great hospitality, high quality services, both on the plane of the frame, the service, the food, rooms and swimming pools, places of recreation and relaxation. The kindness of the owners makes you feel at home. I would highly recommend this establishment in which I have, on several occasions, spent an unforgettable holiday!

Top location directly at the lake. Very nice Wellness area with panoramic sauna. Food top, Service top, come back next year.

Unfriendly and rude restaurant staff. They really can make you feel unwelcomed.

A hotel restaurant and street street was newly created on a jetty, which pleases.
In general, the rooms are very large, modern bathroom, clean.

The food at the hotel at HP is very good. Whether breakfast or 5 walkers in the evening, all very high quality.
The only negative point, and this is uncharacteristic for Austria:
The waiters are nice but disorganized.
Incorrect drinks were booked on our room number (not just one. ), this without signatures at the table.
On the oldie evening we were asked 3times if we would like to order something, even though we had already ordered. This should be improved.
For this there is a star deduction.
But I would still highly recommend this hotel.

Very nicely located directly on the lake. Parking is available. The food e. G. Cheese-spätzle can be recommended. Service always quite friendly and accommodating. Bikers are welcome.

At 14 p. M. 04 You're told that the kitchen is closed. Closes at 2pm. The staff were overwhelmed.

We have visited Hotel Post just as a restaurant. The food was good, prices expensive but I guess they were pretty normal considering the hotel is situationed directly at the Achensee. Very friendly and kind staff. When we were there, there was a live piano player which was very nice for the atmosphere. Recommended.

I've been here for years. Extremely friendly staff, great location on Lake Achensee. The panoramic sauna is the hammer. And the food exceptionally good. Easy to sour.

Amazing Hotel on the Bank of Lake Achensee in Pertisau with stunning views. My entire family — nine of us booked this hotel for a celebration! The facilities both in the hotel and in Pertisau were superb for all three generations. We arrived at 21.00 to be greeted by very welcoming reception staff and told the kitchens had remained open to enable us to have dinner. All of the reception staff were very helpful and really lovely. … The food throughout the week was superb. A varied five course dinner every night and very nourishing breakfasts — lots of fruit, cereals, a variety of beautiful rolls and a hot cooked breakfast of your choice, cooked personally for you. The waiters were very friendly and couldn't do enough to help! Some of them struggled with English, but that was as much my fault for not speaking German! However, we always 'got there in the end! ' Our room was absolutely stunning with wonderful views over the lake. We had a beautiful bathroom with shower, separate WC, lounge area and separate bedroom. The lounge area was well equipped and included a fridge which we found very useful. A basket contained towels and robes for the wonderful spa area and swimming pools — both indoor and outdoor. Our room was spotlessly clean and towels plus bedding was changed. Is it an English 'thing' to like a kettle in the room? That was my only 'nit pick'. Even the sun shone each day! A wonderful hotel and we will definitely return.

Lovely friendly hotel. Food is very good.

This place is a time machine. You will be exported right to the year 1976. The interior is wooden. The benches are of a nameless color. Main Dish is Zwiebelrostbraten with wayyyyy too much salt. There is a DJ playing evergreens. Great. In a way. (This is about the Restaurant).

Lovely hotel, family run, ideally situated adjacent to the lake. Excellent rooms and food. Staff are very helpful and friendly and all speak English. Bike hire is free from the hotel, including helmets, with a small charge for e-bikes. The gym and swimming pool are free too. There is so much to do in Achensee, it is a lovely resort. We will definitely return to the Hotel Post am See.

Were already 2 times since we have always liked. The dinner is great and the Breakfast buffet is great. The first time room, with views of the mountains, 2 times a view of the lake is just great, the Pool is also cool.

Great location, cosy atmosphere. Nice owners, very good food, an attractive SPA area. Like again and again.
