For 4 days immersed in absolute comfort, the immense room is equipped with everything you need and beyond. Food exceeds expectations. The buffet is great, personally I gave a nice shot to my cholesterol with the high quality cheeses. The service, both at the buffet and in the room is impeccable and of great discretion. The managers are very attentive and friendly, you really feel at home, cared for without stress, with a suggestive underground passage you access the spa of the Coccon, with the countless fitness accessories, the large indoor pools, suggestive beyond imagination. In short, it is really difficult to write a quick review, I stop saying that it is a place that in life really needs to be tried to understand what a higher class hotel means.

I have to say that this hotel has great potential. Beautiful garden, splendid spa, also cocoon house is very nice but service is not unfortunately 5 star. We chose our stay in a cocoon house, a beautiful big room with number 131. The rooms in the cocoon house are modern, with a fireplace and we also have a sauna. Basically everything looks like a 5 star hotel, but I have to say that in some cases it is 3 stars. People are not trained for a 5 star service. And you will know it right away when you arrive at the hotel. No smiles from the staff and you miss the feeling that there is nothing problem and that the staff will do anything to meet your expection. My son wanted a pancake for breakfast, and the man in the buffet told him, he did not know when he will get to it. When we complained to the waiter, he went straight to him and and screamed him in front of us and said, he needs to do the pancake not evan for us but also for other guests. Most of the staff do not speak English, no inscriptions in English at the buffet, tourist information without English. The first evening we even got a menu in German, and we get told that the next day it will be fixed. Cocktails have been told that they will not be earlier than 4 pm, because the Bar is close until 4 pm! Service around a pool or pond does not exist. Nobody asks you on the terraces if you want anything to drink or eat. Waiters mostly work to take dishes from you after eating.

Worth a trip again and again! Great equipment, every wish is fulfilled and Burgi is always a force! Keep it up.

Wonderfully beautiful, with words hardly to describe! The sauna area is hardly to be overtrumped! The experience infusions in the wooden block sauna are celebrated by Andrea! We like to come back from the far north every year.

The first visit convinced us immediately… just gorgeous and only recommended. As far as possible, every wish is fulfilled, one even has the feeling that we read it from our eyes. Friendliness is self-evident… eunmal a must in the year!

Upscale and quaint atmosphere. Very child-friendly. One does not feel as a guest, but as a special part of the Alpine rose family. You can enjoy your vacation from the first minute to your departure. It is almost the desire of the eyes to read. It was very difficult for us to tear down again.

Very nice spa hotel, very very friendly staff. However, we were not told that at the booking that was exactly opposite a new wing in construction. All the time of our stay: construction noise. Relaxing is different.

We cannot understand these good evaluations. Food not at 5 star level. Cleanliness leaves nothing to be desired. Staff with the handling of the guests too personal. Wellness area Basically very nice however very wide paths. In the aisles unpleasant smell. Andrea's Sauna program was the best we could have liked.

Stunning holiday offer with everything for the Wellness heart, but also a variety of leisure activities outside of the hotel complex. Also for children and young people is taken care of. Well maintained spacious hotel complex, lovely fully equipped modern rooms and enjoy delicious food.

Why look so far afield when the good is so close. Treated ourselves to 2 nights, 3 days and from the very beginning it is pure relaxation. You'll give up your car keys at the reception, your pastries delivered to the room, a glass of Prosecco, a short tour through the Hotel (so you don't need a Navi), bathes begins to ash and the holiday. Food top staff very, very friendly, "Sauna Andrea" (it makes the infusions) has always in a good mood-towels at any time to exchange, everything was very, very clean. We will come back for sure!
