Beautiful rustic hotel with charm. We were received very friendly. The room is suitably large, as is the bathroom. Everything is very clean. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is good and the food in the hotel excellent. We felt very comfortable.

Solid 3-star house with rustic charm. Nice buffet in the evening and in the morning (evening only with half board). Food is not exceptional, but extensive, loving and delicious. Service very courteous. A star deduction just because our booked room was not available, but it was tried and a proper solution was found.

We had a Family Room, two Rooms and large Bathroom, large Balcony with a great View of the beautiful Mountains.
The Food in the Restaurant tastes delicious, the Breakfast was top, everything available.
The Rooms were clean, Parking in front of the House available. The Rofanseilbahn Is just around the Corner. Lake Achensee is a 3-4 Minute walk away. Top Location.
There is a small Playground in front of the House.

For an overnight stay is pretty ok! Great price-performance ratio.

Super beautiful. Very warm staff, very good care and good clean rooms. We were in this hotel for the first time and are looking forward to the next time. It's worth a trip!

Owners and staff pleasant. Rooms had balcony overlooking mountain and extra warm, comfortable bed, feather duvee, pillows very odd. Lots of antique items on each landing. Animal furs on walls. Quaint Austrian Tyrol.

Catastrophic: I don't even know where to start.
i) cash payment was required for an invoice of more than one thousand euros. Very unusual at such high amounts. What was worse, however, was the operator who insulted us in an incredibly outrageous way when we demanded to pay with a card in order to make xenophobic remarks about Russians, Poles and Dutch.
II) The food was so salty that it was on the edge of the Ungeniessbarkeit. Mineral water was prized with 8 euros. That might even have system.
III) shampoo should actually be included in a 3 star hotel. Because in two of the three rooms the shampoo was missing we asked for. The answer came pampig in the sense of "you could have bought it today at the supermarket". Finally we got a little soap in the glass. That was interesting.
All in all, the impression of a hotel that takes its guests away, where it only goes and what professionalism and hospitality are of no concern. If you don't want to ruin your holiday, you should make a big bow around this Établissements.

Hotel looks good until get in. I don't enjoy all those dead animals hanged all around the stairs. The food is awful, super salty amd nothing special. They don't provide soap and shampoo inside the rooms. They also pretend to be a 4 stars Hotel and don't accept credit cards. How could we pay a more that 1000 euros bill in cash without an ATM around? The only good and excellent thing is the SPA. Equiped with a nice Sauna, Turkish Bath and Jacuzzi. Great to relax after a Ski day.

We were very pleased with this hotel. Friendliness is a major priority. Food was outstanding. The location of the hotel is great. Highly recommended. We had been there for skiing 4 days.

The staff is very courteous and tries to make himself understood in Italian. The food is very good and also abundant. Very respectful of the time of the dinner. To 20: 00 everything is closed. The breakfast is rich and abundant. Only flaw if at breakfast we asked for cappuccino, or anything that is not on the buffet is at a fee. We were there for 6 two nights. In the beginning everything was OK until the first breakfast. Under our table was a rise Hundscheiße, in which my wife also stepped in. We were there a week, liked us very well. All top have always been happy there.

Mediocre. The hotel was once Decorated with love to detail and then forget (so it seems). First you wanted to sell us a cheaper room and pay for the already booked. Following a complaint, we were given a suitable room. Unfortunately has promised the hotel did not have bath tubs (like it when booking com) was, because for me that was the crucial point (relaxation after a cold winter hike). There is also a mini shower, which is perfect for children but not for large adults. The towels smelled of cement and the walls are paper thin. Understood every word of the neighbors. The whirlpool for 4 persons is available for free use available, what but is barely sufficient for the size of the hotel. The painted walls and the lovingly designed decorations not console unfortunately over the mildew-smelling water. The only reason for 3 points, here is the good breakfast, Nice staff, and the loving design of the hotel. Very pity, because this hotel had potential. The rooms are well equipped, however, the previous mold growth was clearly visible, overline there only temporarily with white paint in our bathroom.
