Unfortunately, I can't recommend the rock overl any further!
The cleanliness throughout the house is certainly very positive, which also includes the sauna area.
I would also describe the breakfast buffet as good.
When we arrived (4 personen/March 2018), we already have a lot of excitement in communicating with the operators of the hotel.
Unfortunately, this idea has been confirmed, in the case of minor inconsistencies, the operators (with us there was a man in the kitchen and a woman who worked in the area of the reception) become extremely unpleasant. Where the man loses all courtesy to his guests.
(If you look at all the recessions on the internet, you will find my experience confirmed in other reviews! I just wonder that there are also very positive descriptions in terms of the friendliness of the staff. I assume that these are exceptions or exceptions. That these recessions were well adjusted;-) )
This behavior, which unfortunately I cannot describe to the extent felt, led me to have descended very much in the rock overl.
I have extensive experience with hotel nights and I can't remember ever being treated so uncomfortably!
