We decided for our winter holiday in the Arlberg us again for the hotel ALPINA at the Arlberg in Pettneu. Like last year, we were very pleased at the ALPINA also this year and have been disappointed in any aspect. At ALPINA Arlberg lived the hospitality of the owners, as well as by all employees and guests can experience this hospitality. Already on arrival and welcome you feel comfortable and safe at home! The well-crafted Internet portal of the Alpina makes it possible to inform accurately about the hotel and the services. The information on the home page are correct, very detail rich and agree 100% with the reality. For us it is clear; There's only one address for the ski holiday in the Arlberg: Hotel ALPINA at the Arlberg in Pettneu! By the way, you can enjoy the hotel ALPINA in summer.

"Experience Gasthof" meets it — we have never seen such a thing! Rooms already dirty upon arrival, pull the billows of smoke from the cabin through the whole House, there were towels on demand, all week was not even dressed, frozen products were the "culinary delicacies", "Convivial evenings" were the hosts and their staff with abundant alcohol. There are no non-smoking area, in the evening, the "dining room" with a mini screen is makeshift by the rest of the guest room "separated". For smokers a haven for children the hell — don't! That such prices are required for such a dwelling is a bottomless impudence! Some of the rooms to be renovated, the lack of cleanliness that unfortunately does not alter, as well as to the non-existent smoke alarms. Yesteryear adventurous cabling with stand and chain smoking and loyally personnel, who lives in the House, that would be a must.

We will never forget the holiday. Old inventory, room small but expensive. Cleanliness was OK. But negative is we noticed, that the boss was constantly drunk and then disputes even before the guests were ausgtragen. Guests could listen to some unkind word from the boss. Food was good.

A staff excellent après-ski as well as homeowners expected a later arrival. Rooms are very small. Bright orange wall color brökelt partly again down from the wall. TV is so small and old that it probably comes from the 60s! No towel change during your entire stay. Broken light bulb in the "lobby" of the room was also not changed. Breakfast at überschaulich for this price. Evening "delicacies" (see the homepage) are prepared and frozen products "conjured up", which are taken at après-ski music and corresponding guests in the local. Maximum stay was worth half of the price. Only positive: runway proximity, which is given on the Katschberg mountain in pretty much every house.
