Good typical cuisine. Friendly staff.

I had a room in the associated guesthouse. Very simple, a bit old-fashioned, but very well maintained. Bed, table, seating, closet and sink in room, bathroom on the aisle. For a hiker absolutely sufficient and price / performance top! Very rich and tasty breakfast buffet in the main house incl. With lots of choice, also fresh fruit / vegetables. Warm cuisine not very cheap, but very loving ly and yet fast served and very tasty. All staff very accommodating and helpful. A clear recommendation from me! And if the pension room is too modest, you can choose a room in the main house.

Booked a room at a different Hotel and the front desk didn't leave us the key. With 2 kids in the car and being 2300 already me and the wife for sure thought we be sleeping in the car. Called couple places no luck, 1 place tried to rip us off for $300 for 1 night. Luckily I called here at 2350 and the guy that answered the phone said no problem got a room and at a regular price $127 w breakfast. Great customer service and all around just a great person, didn't try to rip us off just cause we were in a bind. And was even able to buy some beer for the night. If we decide to stay in the area another night definitely will stay here. O and the rooms are beautiful!

Excellent location and the wellness facilities are great after a tough day on piste. Breakfast was a decent standard but nothing special also the rooms are a little basic for the price you pay. It's all about the location, ski bus stop is just outside the front of the hotel and it is only 5 minutes from Solden. Really enjoyed our stay.

The location of the hotel outside the centre of Sölden was well resolved with buses in 10 minutes and taxis for only a few euros per person. Value for money has also voted! The food was very good and varied — at breakfast of all Erwas as a choice there and evening Excellent course menu! Rooms are very well maintained and beautiful!

You are quickly in Sölden by bus, taxi or car. The rooms are also great!

Drinking beer at the Almabtrieb on a nice Indian Summer afternoon after a long hike in the mountains. As good as it gets. Photos added a year later on 10Sep17. Weather not so nice but a great day at a nice place nevertheless.

Great food for an affordable price. We stayed at Zwieselstein for 4 days and visited this restaurant twice. Hint: Ccheck the Skifahrer-Menu ;)

Only spent one night, but slept very well. The superior double room we booked was also very large, with lots of windows and a private balcony.

Good price in the vicinity of Solden with bus connection.

Breakfast is good but there is not that much diversity. The rooms were ok. Clean but old-fashioned.

Was previously in a 4 * s But here what's much loving, warm and charming. Although the new post is 80, but just 80's with style, charm and warmth. Beautiful, if somewhat in the 80s kitsch of held superb. Service and friendliness: Top. According to expectations, breakfast star on a 3 full coming enough and tasty. Dinner (with me ala cart) was excellent. The best Wiener schnitzel from the kid I ever had. Again, praise to the chef, but also to the host and the remaining staff. Thanks for the liberation from the impersonal wannabe 4 * thingy.

Very nice hosts, culinary highlights & ideally located between Sölden and Obergurgl. We will be back!

Great location for those who want to ski in two TOP ski areas Sölden and Gurgl. Good food, nice rooms and the ski bus directly in front of the House. Also there are free ski depots at both ski areas for guests of new mail.

It's what the best * hotel I ever what! The breakfast and the dinner what exellent, the room what big and clean, friendly service, and the wellness room too. I like to give the maximum of rating for en exellent hotel.
So the hotel was great! Have never eaten in a row so good 3 days. The service was not perfect, but certainly very good and friendly. Is a pity that you extra pay for Wi-Fi (2Euro per day), sauna there are two different and very comfortable. Like to give the maximum rating.

We had a very nice stay at Gasthof Neue Post. The room was nice and the cleaning was good. The breakfast and dinner was also good. For dinner there were always more dishes to choose from. Nice and smiling personal, especially in the reception and waiters in the restaurant. The Gasthof misses a place where a family can set down during the day and for example play cards. You can use the tables at the fireplace however the lighting was bad and smoking was allowed. Not an ideal situation for non-smokers. Smoking was also allowed in the bar, so it was not possible to sit there either. We also found that the ski-bus did not work very well. We waited a long time and used only the bus one day. We did not want to waste more time waiting for the bus. But altogether we had a wonderful ski holiday — the nature and scenery in Sölden is just marvellous.
