The hosts are very kind and talkative. The appartements are quite big. There is a short path to Oetz for those who are used to walk up and down quite steep hills. There is a lot to do in the area (walking in the mountains and to the nearby lake, swimming or just eating some ice-cream in Oetz) and some nice restaurants to visit in Oetz. There is a little "farm" however these only consist of some deers and therefore doesn't give off a bad smell. If you have loud neighbours, you will probably hear them however I think that problems like this will be easily resolved by talking to the host.
