3rd visit — brilliant food and service and welcome.

Perfect, very courteous service, excellent food, beautiful rooms! Good location near the slopes. We felt more than well!

Rarely stay in hotels whilst skiing but the fine dining experience in this hotel this year mean we will definitely be back.

Fantastic hotel great spa and rooftop pool excellent staff on the ball lazlo in the restaurant is fantastic Christie in the bar and and Annette on reception have been brilliant they really know what they are doing.

Super winter holiday, nice hotel. The rooms were cleaned every day, we did not have this standard in other 5 star hotels.
8 days + 2 days extension, were first great.
We will spend our next winter holiday here again.
The food was just lace and the dessert even better.
The staff were all very helpful and friendly.
Every wish was fulfilled.

I was the first time in the hotel Josl over Easter.
The ambience, the rooms and especially the food has pleased me very well. In the spa and the swimming pool, you can super relax and enjoy the mountain panorama.
Highlight but I have the service. The ladies at the front desk immediately took care of my concerns and the waiter read off each desire from the eyes.
A wonderful hotel, in which I certainly didn't vacation for the last time.
Oh, and it's particularly class that one "can stumble from the slope near the Ski cellar" for the skiers.

We were a couple in the hotel Josl. It was just real. Not only the hotel but especially the service and the food. You must really look much again to find this quality.
Unfortunately we had to go home again on the first day, because my partner skiing suffered a cruciate ligament rupture. Mr Ehrenreich, has distinguished Director of the hotel, us behavior, and any other hotel, would have certainly very grateful as a chef, and I know what I'm talking about, because I have visited many hotels around the world.
This hotel is absolutely to recommend, because also the wellness area is simply outstanding.
We come back anyway, and will have other Familienangehörife.

A very nice hotel in the middle of the Tyrolean Alps. From the room (facilities, cleanliness and location), the extravagant Spa for the perfect 5 course menu and close to the lift we can only marvel at. Thanks to Magdalena, István, Reka and Dominic for the good service and very good service. We felt very comfortable and are (still) full of praise about our wellness-ski holiday!

Staff were excellent — very attentitivea nd friendly. The addition of the swimming pool and the refurbishment of the Wellness Suite were very welcome. Food plentiful — put weight on despite skiing all day!

The Josl in the Ötztal Valley is an absolute gem:
friendly staff, nice Spa, excellent beds.
The 4-course menu in the evening was US culinary highlight in the holiday.
We were there in the off-season, so we had the Spa almost always for us which was very pleasant.
From its location, the Josl is very well: from here you can travel beautiful routes.
We can and will recommend the Josl, liked us very well.
