This a beautiful hotel run by a lovely family. Nothing is too much trouble for their dedicated staff. The food is excellent and the swimming pos and spa area are a wonderful place to relax before dinner after a great days skiing.

A very nice hotel but not super or perfect, as some write!
Room 103: Spacious, bright and friendly, but with a transparent sliding glass door to the bathroom. A large bathroom with tub in which can also be showered. The band's volume makes it cold when showering. The floor lamps do not have their own switches and must be pulled out of the socket to switch on and off. The worst thing about this room is the very uncomfortable sofa bed. The two-TV solution is also a complete false investment. When switching one TV, the other is also switched.
The complaint of this room was done quite quickly and smoothly. A new room (because luckily was free) was suggested to us. Room 305. Much better than the room 103. Even brighter and thus freudlicher Insgesa. A smaller bathroom but with a "normal" door. So you could shower undisturbed and no one could look in as in Room 103.
A small disadvantage is the balcony lighting, which is only switched off at 1:00 pm. Since the room has a high ceiling and the curtains do not cover the entire window, it is a little bright. If someone doesn't mind, it's okay.
— Beds: Wonderfully comfortable with a great bedding.
— The food: good and tasty, but very small soup portions that taste very good.
— Breakfast is plentiful and very good overall. Only the pastries are left to be desired. The soft grain buns and the baguette are well suited to the tastes of the English guests.

Nice traditional hotel linked to the Austria. Only dined there but good food. Recommend.

Great location just a short walk to slopes. Food is of an excellent standard and rooms are comfortable. Some rooms are very modern and these are our favourites. Outside pool has recently been completely refurbished and is fantastic with views of the mountains.

Excellent service, food and the hotel facilities were top notch. So clean.

Outdated hotel with inept management (but with great food and location). This was not my first time to Austria so I did have some preconceived perceptions on what to expect. I'll start with the positive the food is great and the hotel is located close to the ski lifts. However the mattresses on the beds were very thin and hard. On 4 occasions when I was served a drink at the bar I was given a chipped glass, which shows a lack of duty of care. My biggest complaint is with the inept manager who I believe is called Helga. She was often rude and flippant I asked her for some tap water and her first comment was "you can get it from the hotel room" I was bit shocked at this comment. She also try's to play the victim when we asked her to complain how our bill at the end of the week was so high. We has asked the head waiter to bill us in the morning for drinks every morning. As we didn't want to be given a massive bill at the end of the week. As it turned out the cash we had been leaving on the table to pay this daily bill had been taken by the staff as a "tip" Helga was unable or unwilling to let us know where this money had gone. She tried to bill us for all the weeks drinks at the end of the week. Until we complained then she ripped up the bill. She was very unprofessional and she needs to take responsibility for her staff and be less emotional and needs to learn some customer service skills.

Great service and nice rooms.

Super Hotel in 1a location. Large Wellness Area, very good Cuisine, nice Staff, own underground car Park, Ski Cellar etc.

The rooms are spacious, very clean and tastefully decorated. The family Steiner could not do more for you and all the staff are excellent. Food is wonderful. Drinks are a little pricey but probably in kind with the rest of this beautiful resort. We have stayed here twice now in different room styles and are never disappointed. The spa has many facilities and is well maintained although best to avoid 3pm-6pm if you want complete peace. The therapist is of the highest quality and worked wonders on my injury but equally a fantastic masseur a definite recommendation whilst you are here. All in all a wonderful hotel with a nice family atmosphere. We will be back next year.

Im Sommer (bei diesen Konditionen) gut zu empfehlen, phantasievolles Abendessen ("viel Lärm um nichts"), gute Zimmer und Zimmerservice, jedoch "eigenartiges" Betriebsklima.
