➜ The hotel is designed according to a uniform concept. The food is very good and the staff friendly. The décor is top. Everything was clean and tidy. Our double room was too small. Shower with sink and the toilet are separated. Unfortunately there is no sink in the toilet! In the heat we lacked the air conditioning.
The biggest minus point is the location: about 200 meters to the always audible highway and about 300 meters to the railway line (the freight trains are even louder than the highway, passenger trains can hardly be heard). The hotel is not located by the lake. Walking distance approx. 1500 meters to the lake. Parts of the lake can be seen from the hotel terrace.
With the window open (high summer) we listened to the guests on the terrace and at the bar with the music all evening and unfortunately the cigarette smoke went right into our window.
➜ Great place to really relax. Although not located directly on the lake, it has a great outdoor pool and a wonderful view of and over lake Wörthersee.

Reception on arrival (approx. 6.00 p. M. ). Note from the restaurant staff present, who we had to address, "please wait until someone comes from the reception". A luggage trolley is then provided after some time — the luggage can then be brought from the car to the room. The minibar is completely empty despite the available high-priced minibar card. The highly touted pool and SPA area can only be used until 8 p. M. (it was still bright outside). Due to a rose festival, the SPA area and pool could only be used until 5 p. M. However, this was not mentioned when booking a few days before. Large, nice terrace — very, very noisy: the motorway just behind the hotel and main road in front of the hotel provides a loud car noise — so you can't sleep with open windows. A soap holder in the shower of the bath — otherwise no soap, no conditioner or other equipment. Completely overpriced for the services offered. (€ 880, — for 2-room apartment with 2 double beds and breakfast).
